Hotel's Favourite
To be honest, I just picked the first thing that came up on Expedia because I needed a room in Miami that night. What a great surprise and I cannot wait to go back. The hotel is in a residential/business/hotel area that is very walkable with many nice restaurants, coffee shops, and a view of the water. No beach means no crazy tourists out to party. Very upscale and perfectly sane. Staff was great. There's a nice little restaurant on the second floor that is so good the locals eat there. Food and service were excellent. My room was nice and big, super comfy bed, and a giant walk-in shower. I have a new favorite place in Miami. Thank you!

The location in Brickell is great, however it seems the staff and management could use some additional help or additional training (or maybe both). I had several issues during my stay. Breakfast was good, but very slow so I would not recommend it if you're in a rush. Pool area could use some umbrellas otherwise it feels a bit like a cheap motel pool. Elevators can also be very slow. At times, I waited up to 4 minutes for the elevator to come. I'll personally probably look elsewhere next time I'm staying in Brickell.

I recommend this property. The staff was very helpful and kind. The location is ideal. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are gorgeous. Very central and right in the heart of Brickell, walking distance to everything.

Wow!!! What an unbelievable and fantastic experience. And Yvonne ( I think that’s her name) was just outstanding. This place is sleek, modern, fresh, clean, and has a real nice feel and vibe, and they are ready to assist when needed. Pool is beautiful and valet is fast. Great place to stay and highly recommend. Possibly the only downside was that there wasn’t much available snack and drink wise late at night.
