In my case I had a confirmed booking and when I got there, they told me I had no booking and had to book again at the front desk for higher price. Next morning, after talking to the support and showing all the emails, they agreed that we had a booking. So they had to refund the money paid at the front desk right. No that didn’t happen and when I went to speak to the manage. She was very rude and told she will not refund any money. I have to dispute these charges. Hence sharing my experience for the future travelers to be aware of this scam.
The pool was closed due to covid and there was no breakfast other than granola bars, which was expected. The room itself was kind of dirty and smelled old and musty. The bathroom ceiling had mold and bathroom door didn't latch. The bathtub faucet would not shut off all the way so it dripped for 4 days.
I am so excited to share a review on this location. It is rare that I take the time to review hotels (such a foodie!) but this gem only 2 miles away from Disney..... deserves a shout out. The lobby, grounds, and room were immaculate. The staff has taken the responsibility to keep everything clean and orderly very seriously in the face of COVID. That helps to make this hotel very family / kid friendly. The rooms are spacious (there is a room with queen beds AND even bunk beds so the kids can have a separate space). The restaurant has been recently renovated, and hosts a menu perfect for families after a long day in the parks (without a hefty price tag) and even a bar area, for a glass of wine to end the evening like an adult. Having a place on site to decompress after a day in Orlando is a WIN! This establishment is a wonderful place to park it for either a "staycation" or for visitors concerned with all of the objectives one considers when heading to Orlando (location to parks, amenities, cleanliness, service, value). Highly recommend …..and will share with out of town guests looking for a wonderful experience.…
Location,location,location.Walking distance to Old Town and several eateries.Great included breakfast,beautiful pool and hot tub.Bar and small eatery on premises.Service with a smile early check in available.We stayed here over 10 times and never a problem.
This place was a lot nicer than we had expected. Granted it wasn’t a suite an the Ritz, but for a place to crash before heading to theme parks, it worked well. For starters, it has one if the better complimentary breakfasts I’ve seen in the area. He’s, waffles, sausages, pastries, and more. All served up and maintained by a staff of several people. It wasn’t A1 grade food by any means, but it was better than the typical toast and cereal breakfasts out there. The front desk staff were always pleasant and helpful. We had an issue with our door lock (wound up being a battery issue) - they were quick to fix the issue. Room had two queen beds as well as a bunk bed in it. Worked well for a family of five. Bathroom was a bit small, but we can deal with that. Again, it was just a place to crash between Hollywood Studios and Universal Studios. Complaints? Maybe two. First would be the complimentary bus schedule. We planned on using it - but the routes and hours are horrible. Using the free service will cut into your theme park days massively. We wound up driving ourselves in so we could get the most of our days and not miss hours of open operation time. The other issue - housekeeping can through each day, but only tidied up the room. Never ran a vacuum over the floor the five nights we stayed there. Did get fresh towels - but always had to run down to front desk because they never left enough for five registered guests. I would, though, consider staring here again if in the area. I travel the country extensively for both work and pleasure. I use Trip Advisor extensively for researching properties I stay in, and as a way of giving back to the community I post on EVERY hotel I stay in, both good and bad.
