The room was filthy, stains on couch, roller chair, the TV remote was in pieces. Stains on the bed sheets, the tub has paint peeling, refused to take a shower in there. Towels had someone’s else’s “hair” in it. We even saw a little baby roach, the worst place ever stayed at . The pictures on here are nothing what the actual room looks like. We complained promised to move us into a new room, when we came back the did not communicate that to other shifts, claimed they were sold out and Refused to give a refund, claims manager was on was working from home. Just a horrible experience . Never coming back, Just filthy . Dirty dirty dirty!
The sheets has some oily residue, toilet seat had a hair on it, hair in my shower. There was 1 guy at desk & 1 lady who didn’t speak english cleaning all the rooms! Paid way too much for. what I got! Stay elsewhere
I am a diamond elite member with Wyndham rewards and I booked a 1 night award night at this location. I arrived about noon at the location. It was threatening to storm. I usually spend a couple of hours around the location but since there was a threat to rain I decided to stay under the covered area. The clerk from inside the office went out to smoke a cigarette. He saw me there and my things. Then he rudely told me to get out of there. I told him that I was just waiting for the check in time and I had a reservation for the night. He then told me that he will call the police to arrest me if I don't leave. He said that I must only be on the premises at check in time. I have stayed in hundreds or thousands of hotels in my life and I never was treated like that in my life. I will never return to this place. In fact it usually happens that the clerk suggest that I check in early because I am an elite member or just because there is a room available early. This just happened to me a few weeks ago at a Comfort Inn hotel across the street, the owner saw me waiting quietly on a bench and he asked me what I was waiting for, when I told him that I had a booking at the hotel that night and I was just waiting to check in. He went inside to check with the front desk and then returned and offered to check me in 2 hours early. This is the way I get treated and never treated like a criminal, like they do here at this Days Inn.…
Absolutely horrible place. The stench in the room was disgusting. Couldn’t get a hold of anyone in the office. The phone in the room didn’t work. Used our cell phone. No answer at the office. The bathroom was disgusting. I’ve used rest area bathrooms that were cleaner. Glad we were only there for one night. Stay away from this place if possible.
I am the CEO of a non profit and Diamond member with Wyndham hotels . This was a new hotel added to my area . First this is a "no thrills" hotel and that was fine with me . I found the area to be quite and the 2 days I was there I rested good . Amutha the wife of owner checked me in . I found her and Natalie that checked me out knowledgeable, friendly .I would recommend this "no thrill" family owned hotel to my friends and family . I will be using this establishment to meet my business needs. Rita Pearson CEO Atlanta, GA
