Staff members are super friendly and nice. They always help with whatever we needed. They always make sure we have the best experience while staying there. We really enjoyed our stay. My grandma and i stayed there for 2 weeks.
I booked this property on hotels.com website. The rate was very reasonable. The location is perfect. We stayed 2 nights. When I walked into the lobby, there was a long line. Only has 3 desk clerks. It took almost 45 minutes to check in. I tried calling the front desk for over 2 hours trying to get a crib, no one answered the phone. Had to go to Walmart and buy one. The front desk staff has no customer service skills at all. They should really hire someone who answers the phone . I will never stay there again.
Definitely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in: old, ugly and very dirty, with very stained carpets. For work reasons I stayed in this hotel for 16 days and they never cleaned my room, they only made the bed about 4 times during the entire stay and one day they took all the towels and when I called room service to ask, they told me I had to go for them. They never let me shampoo. The Spanish speaking staff were very attentive, however the English speaking staff served in a very bad mood. I do not recommend this hotel.
Stay only in case of emergency or if you don't have money. There were very interesting people hanging around this place! Rooms had a smell. Shower was dirty and small. The beds were comfortably. TV did not have a cable cord.
If you’re young this is great but it was myself and elderly mother. Live Roaches in the room, dusty and room smelled like cigarettes. I’m not sure if some rooms are updated but if your room is located on the building behind the main hotel probably your room is outdated
