Ok so we came here to stay because of a Recommendation. Well that recommendation was from a person who has no kinds. It was excellent for them but not excellent for me. Most of the stuff in this review is because of the COVID issue. Ok so we looked far and wide for a place to stay in Florida. We got this place as i stated above the reason why. On the high end of places to stay but people are getting over last year and they want to leave and sit in the sun and the hotels and charging what ever and people are purchasing. Just like I did. Got a deal for $3,500 for 2 adults 1 kid and 1 infant for 6 nights. Flight and car and hotel. Not bad :) Ok enough about that. The good the bad and then fun for family stuff. The good..... on the beach, heated pool open till 10 Pm. Towels always there. Chairs always available. Never crowded, gate that my kids can’t reach to open. Beech clean, no sea weed, clean white sand, no rocks, no garbage, always room to sit and enjoy, friendly people. And very less crowded which me and my family likes and we always had parking never had to drive around . Complimentary breakfast. Saves money :) The bad....... The hotel has a policy of not cleaning rooms Because of COVID. The short story, they can’t enter the room for anything only if you stay more then 7 Nights. No beds made, no garbage taken out, the same sheets for 6 nights, floor dirty ( we did ask them to clean the room floor and they did. ) Bathroom not cleaned for 6 days. Had to ask for all things before we’re given or taken care of each day before COVID. Agin am not blaming the hotel for this but if am ok with you coming on my room to clean and room service please do it. Need a balcony to dry clothing off. The hotels does not have balcony. This is not bad but it would of been nice to have dry clothes. Very slow elevators ( again not bad but stood out for me ). Another bad for me was the traffic was bad If you want to go out After 12 Pm expect delays if you go to destin or get of the island. Two lanes out and two lanes in that’s it. Now mix that with people urge to go to the sunshine state and you see where am going at. Many many parks and beaches to go to. No waves, even infant friendly waters ( not at the hotel but on the island) Many places to se sunsets and sunrises rises. All the food you want close. But traffic sometimes and lines so you need to have multiple places you want if there is a line you are not willing to wait or the kids willing to wait for . Friendly staff. Ok well that’s about it. Would I come again ??????? Maybe if it’s cheaper but I really would like a balcony so I can sit and enjoy the view of the ocean or parking lot or whatever. That’s going to be a must for me and my family next time we travel. Again the hotel is good no issues but the no room service is not something it will forget. The other things to do here all all good :)

I could not believe how close we were to the beach for the price of this hotel. Our room was comfortable. They were lots of plugs everywhere for our electronic devices. The hot water was great in the shower. I enjoyed the complementary breakfast with hot items. We got USA today every day during the week. The staff was friendly. There was no housekeeping because of Covid.

Really nice rooms. Stayed in King Executive Suite. Beach access, heated pool (3 feet) for kids, close to restaurants and places for kid activities. Also complementary breakfast and room had microwave and mini fridge. Had all of what we needed for two young kids 7 and 2 years old. This made it easy to get things done with kids without a lot of wait in between. We will definitely visit again!

From front staffs to house keeping ladies and janitors, everyone are professionals and nice. You feel welcoming and safe during pandemic. Breakfast have good options, breakfast lady was so good at cleaning and always on the move to restocking things, heated pool was good, nice location. Room is nice and details cleaning. We always on the beach until sunset so we don't mind that the room doesn't have bacony, but if the bacony is something you are looking for when you stay then keep in mind this hotel doesn't have bacony in any rooms. We had good time staying in this hotel. Big thumbs up for every workers there, you guys are the best!

We booked our stay very last minute where Yolanda on the overnight team helped us out tremendously! She was a rockstar in booking our reservation! Thank you! Front desk staff was friendly AM & PM. I can’t remember his name but I had called from a restaurant that I was waiting on our food and they didn’t have milk for my niece so I called to see if they sold any at the hotel. He offered to bring us up some at like 8pm, he was so so helpful for our bedtime routine as we got in late. As a former housekeeping manager I was truly impressed with the cleanliness of our room and hotel overall. Shout out to the housekeeping team! We were worrisome with a continental breakfast with covid but they handled it so well putting us at ease. Anything from a bagel to apples was individually saran wrapped. Hand sanitizer available along with plastic gloves for folks like me for extra precaution. The team was so friendly and you saw them always cleaning or doing something with a smile. I think the only thing I would tweak would be a rope like system as some people don’t have boundaries and stations tended to get cramped. However the multiple stations were nice and divided well. Also must say breakfast was delicious! The biscuits and gravy were my fav! We loved that the hotel was right on the beach! Especially with little ones it made coming and going so much easier! We saw dolphins right out our bedroom window in the mornings and seeing my nieces reaction was amazing! We didn’t feel the beach was cramped either which was nice. We were trying to beat the spring break crowds. While the pool area isn’t the most up to date, it was warm and the zero entry was favorable for us.
