Cannot complain about anything in this resort. Food? Delicious! Drinks? Delightful and refreshing! Rooms? Clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. The pool? Lazy river was the best to relax in. The beach? Service was impeccable! I have stayed at many fancy resorts in Aruba, Jamaica, and Cancun and I have never had service like I’ve had here. You come down to the beach and a friendly attendant will set up a lounger/umbrella/table. Brian Brown down at the beach was the best! Bug thanks to him! All around great experience, my family and I will be happy to come here again.

Marta in the restaurant was so friendly, but all of the staff were excellent I wish I got all their names. I loved our room, 904, our cleaning lady was outstanding! Front desk was very accommodating, no matter what we asked for, they were there to please and always with a smile’. Can’t wait to come back!

I think the nicest thing with this hotel is that the personnel is highly trained and perform a professional job. House keeping, valets, lobby desk, everybody is very kind and try to help you to have a great experience. Rooms are great (yet some problem with the water pressure in the shower), great view on the ocean side. Restaurant has very good food, a bit of long waiting for a table for breakfast and lunch. Chairs and umbrellas are included for hotel guests. Beach is very clean and nice. Location on the beach side is great, on the city side there not too many things close to it. I think for the price of the room they could include complimentary water in the rooms.

This was perhaps the worst resort we've ever visited and we travel all over the world! The Pelican Grand markets itself as a luxury resort, but fails to deliver on almost all counts. It offers very limited amenities, is badly in need of a complete renovation and is grossly under staffed so general maintenance of the facility and the quality of customer care is lacking throughout. The pool area was consistently filthy. Trash from other quests sat for hours, chairs and umbrellas were broken and we never once saw anyone cleaning the pool. Doors and railings in our room were covered in rust, the ceiling fan didn't work and the balcony was furnished with a small wooden folding chair when we checked in. We became so fed up that we decided to check out 3 days early and move to another hotel down the street.…

Great stay! Two nights in Hospitality suite. All staff very attentive, restaurant - excellent- food and atmosphere. The staff want to ensure you have a great experience. Brought to staff attention about chairs on patio area needing to be cleaned- immediately addressed! Cheers to Lee and Ronnie at the bar/restaurant- excellent service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️We will definitely return!
