The bathroom was dirty, we had no towels and they couldn’t “find” any clean towels to give us. The tv didn’t work, no elevator and stayed on the second floor. The a/c did not work well and the room was hot.

This property had no towels available in the room and gave me my wife and son 2 pool towels to bathe and clean ourselves with amongst the 3 of us... just horrible after my son spent all day in chemotherapy... then offered us a few dollars off our 2nd night as if they were doing US a favor for their negligence... truly a insult

I am not picky when it comes to hotels, but this one felt scary, smelly (think pot and cigarette smoke) and dirty right from the start. My husband met me after I checked in and I honestly felt uneasy being here by myself until he came. I went to plug in my phone charger and had the nice surprise of finding a bunch of old food wrappers and garbage behind the night stand. For the price I paid ($146 total), I expected MUCH higher quality- very very disappointing.
