I would caution anyone to book with iTrip. We were lied to by the franchise owner. He was hot-tempered and called us names because we disputed costs. Unresponsive and unprofessional only begins this experience. There was no COVID turn-around time...same day check out and check in.

Stayed with family and friends. We rented four different units. All awesome and comfortable. Preferred top floor, to avoid sounds above. Incredible amenities: three-bedrooms, with 3 bathrooms in most units. Fully furnished kitchen was a plus! Great for family vacations. Use of the Clubhouse was a plus; sharing with residents, all friendly atmosphere. Great facilities for large gatherings and BBQ in Pool area. Walk to the supermarket, pharmacy or restaurants. Definitely with the price per night with all that we had for our use. Will plan to return with or without the group!

Lovely unit, beautifully decorated, ideal location NOT CLEAN. Owners last name Mangra, unit manager name Gary. We doubt the owners know their manager does NOT keep it clean. On our arrival, we sent owners photos and explanation of how disgracefully dirty it was. Manager came very next day, said yes the place needs deep clean, BUT will do it at END of our 4 wk stay!! Why wait we asked, his attitude immediately became aggressive. We felt that he would make a reason to keep our security deposit if we pressed the issue. He did unclog 1 sink drain but at that time we didn’t know that 2 showers were also clogged. He was told there is a leak in master en-suite shower, he looked and said point shower away from that area. We asked if he could caulk it, he said not now. The DR light fixture was furry with dust! The windows are filthy which lead from MB to balcony, NO reason not to clean. I mentioned the balcony needed sweeping and there was even ashes from smoking on table. Manager said “oh no last guests smoked” but didn’t clean ANYTHING! I went and bought cleaning supplies, washed kitchen cabinets, backsplash, doorknobs (every surface felt and looked grungy!) we refused to deep clean the whole place like it needs. The towels are so old that they’re transparent! There was only 1 hand towel for the kitchen, no dish clothes or tea towels. NOTHING was done about that. We had to go out and buy all those items. Yes we will take those home with us. We also said that sheets in master bedroom don’t match, nothing was done to rectify that either. Such a sad thing to see because it’s such an awesome place otherwise!…

Not too much to offer that is not already covered in other reviews. We rented an AirBnB here and it was fully updated and well stocked. This is a lovely place to stay! I don't understand why other reviews mentioned it being isolated... it's near so many things! The shopping center around the corner has a Publix with great dinner options... we got most meals there, from delicious soup to fried chicken to salads. Many local eateries there too. The other reviews left me thinking I would only have IHOP! The big pool did NOT feel heated though, and the kids' pool certainly was not. The smaller one by the hot tub appeared to be heated. Officially the pool closes at dusk, so be prepared for that. Though one guard I asked said 7 p.m. was closing. We managed to sneak time in the hot tub till 7:50 before he spotted us and chased us out (politely, lol). The walls and floors are apparently paper-thin. Footsteps above our first-floor unit woke us all four up many mornings, even though we intentionally brought white-noise fans after reading reviews about the noise. Finally I sent my cute little girl up to visit the condo above and ask sweetly if they could try to walk softly until 9 a.m., and they obliged, so we got some sleep the last two mornings. Word to the wise! I definitely would stay here again though!…

We booked through a UK company called Debbies Villas, they book for you and send all the information but any problems whilst there you deal with the management company first. We were in 906 apartment 421. It was clean and reasonably well equipped but dated. On arrival we couldn’t get the iron to work emailed greenway management and they sent a new iron, the lady I spoke to was lovely. They needed to contact us twice about pest control and painting as we were not available they had Debbies villas email us. The apartment really needs updating, the sofas are uncomfortable and the mattress topper on the king bed doesn’t fit. The worst thing was the blinds they let in so much light from outside as the complex is well lit all night! The balcony is nice but we had to buy a citronella candle as we were constantly getting bitten whilst sat out. The apartments have no sound proofing so you can hear everything, from chairs being moved at the dining table to toilets flushing I had to sleep in ear plugs. It’s a beautifully maintained complex, the pool and gym are great. The business centre is rubbish, no paper for printing, we got a few sheets and there was no ink in the printer really not very good service. It’s very close to a Publix, some small take aways and restaurants, plus an IHOP and an Applebee’s. the walk at night is not well lit though. Just off the 27 it’s a good location for the both I4 and the 192. Interestingly this unit is reviewed on here and the bar stool is broken! It’s still broken!…
