Wow!!! We had such a great time! The pool area in this resort is amazing! Our second favorite in Orlando after the four seasons resort. All pools are heated! The wave pool was so fun! Rooms were renovated(yay) except the balcony furniture(very moldy)Service was super friendly! Due to covid we couldn’t experience a full service but It was good enough ! Mini golf was so fun! We will definitely be back ! Only one complaint we had was the housekeeping...sooo annoying knocking on our door so early in the morning while we were still asleep and if you don’t answer right away the door they try to come in.There is not door signs available to hang outside your door.So they kept coming back grrrr...and that after the alarm o’ clock went off at 5 am ...I just wanted to sleep late for a change and that was almost mission impossible! That gotta be fixed.Anyways the resort is great for kids and adults. It’s relaxing and very welcoming. It was very clean! easy to social distance ! Paradise in these challenging times we are living!

Hotel's Favourite
3 friends and myself stayed here for 3 nights on a golf trip the last week of January 2021 and we could not have asked for a better experience. The hotel: The staff were more than accommodating, and were happy to help with any requests we had. The hotel had plenty of amenities with multiple restaurants on site (several were closed due to covid). The hotel offers a swimming pool, lazy river, wave pull, mini golf, and even a lighted par 3 course. Golf: we played both courses (National and International) 2 times each over the weekend and both courses were in phenomenal shape. All the greens except two were in perfect condition. Both were a short walk (or shuttle) away from the hotel. Again, the staff was great, with the starters and marshals being more than friendly. An overall great experience and a great retreat to warmer weather during the colder months further North.

Lovely hotel in Orlando. The property is enormous and they have two pools and a lazy river. I have stayed here a few times and each time I have enjoyed it. The food/drink by the pool is pricey but it is worth it for the convenience. They have servers that walk around a take your order. I have never stayed in anything more than a standard room here, which is fine. Try to get a room facing the pool/golf course as opposed to the other direction (front of hotel). Even if you are on a lower floor I think pool/golf view is best. They have an amazing restaurant in the lobby that serves one of the most delicious hamburgers I’ve ever had. They also have a restaurant on their golf course which is also very nice, especially if you sit outside.

Spent five nights at Omni Championsgate this past week. Stayed in the villas. While staff members wear masks, at least half the guests were not wearing them and the staff seems to do very little to enforce compliance. When I checked in, I advised the staff member that the guest next to me was not wearing a mask, he slid a mask to the staff member serving him who gave it to the guest. The guest put it on under his nose. No remark from the staff member to cover his nose. No staff member present at villa building I was in. Most guests going in and out were not wearing masks. No one to tell them they had to. Elevator stopped on our floor, and two maskless men were in it. I asked if they had masks snd they said they forgot them. I complained to management and was told there were signs explaining people are supposed to wear masks in public areas. They seemed afraid to confront guests about wearing them. Did not feel safe except when we were in our rooms. Would have liked to book a spa appointment but was concerned about what I would find there.

Thank you for the review. We do adhere to the county rules of requiring masks in our hotel. We have signs and hand out masks to anyone who is not wearing one. We send communication about wearing masks inside and the hotel staff is trained to have conversations with guests who are not wearing masks.
