Our group of 5 stayed there April 10-17, 2021. We stayed in unit 3439, a 4 bedroom unit towards the back. We arrived after an extremely stressful 12 hour drive from Tennessee due to weather (it rained so hard we couldn't see the cars in front of us) and unfamiliar territory (we're from Iowa). Check in was simple, and the person who checked me in was nice. He gave me a map, told me to go to the gate. Well, we went to the gate and our "keys" didn't work to open the gate, mind you, it's pouring down rain. Frustrated, I go back in to inform them of this and a woman asks me, "What gate did you go to?" I pointed to the area we went. She then became hostile and said, "I can't help you if you don't tell me which gate you went to!" I again, pointed to the area we went to at the end of the parking lot. She then rolled her eyes, sighed and exclaimed, "You need to go out to the main road!!" I tried to explain to her that I'm sorry, I'm exhausted and maybe I misunderstood the first time (though I know I was told to "go to the gate to the right"). She was obviously having a bad day, rolled her eyes and sighed, again. We finally get to our unit, my son walks into the kitchen, flips the light on and OMG there were cockroaches EVERYWHERE!!! My heart sank. My husband immediately went down to the front desk to inform them of this, and after being told there was nothing they could do until the next day, he flipped out and got loud about the bugs. They gave him the phone number for the manager, Lou. My husband spoke to Lou, and was told he could immediately move us into a 3 bedroom unit down the way, or he could get the exterminators out there the next day around 9 am. Lou said if we stay in that unit, just put everything in the microwave or fridge. We chose to stay and did just that. He also asked us to take pictures of the bugs to show the exterminators. Well, we did one better, we collected the ones we killed and put them on a paper towel for them to see, along with a note. Side note- they have long term residents there, which is probably why they have a bug issue. The next day we decided we didn't want to be there when they sprayed, so we asked if we needed to be there, they told us no we don't. So, we left for the day. Came back and it was very obvious that they never showed up. Thanks Lou for the lip service! We ended up staying and being extra diligent in putting things away and cleaning. BTW- my kids found roaches in their bedrooms. The top of the fridge had so much dust on it, I had to use a scrubby pad to clean it. Every toilet seat was broken so when you sat down, you slid to the right or left. The jets in our jacuzzi tub had a nice pink slime in them, which I cleaned out and disinfected. The silverware had food pieces on them. The cutting knives were useless and bent. The pots and pans were horrible! If you're going to stock stainless steel pots, cheap flimsy thin ones suck! My hubby and I visited the pool...once. We went up to the bar, looked over the drink menu, which has no prices posted, and ordered 2 drinks. $25 for 2 small frozen drinks is outrageous! We then wanted to get some towels, so my hubby went to the front desk, got 2 towel tickets, and was told there would be a $20 hold on the credit card for those. He then went to the window where they hand out the towels and waited 15 minutes, no one ever showed up. We walked around the pool area with our crazy expensive drinks and decided to leave. That pool area is so small! Don't be deceived by the pics, as it looks so big. It's tiny for the amount of units this place has. There weren't that many people there, but even that was too many people. There was no way we could even get in the pool, because it was packed. I highly advise anyone thinking about this place to think again. Do yourself a favor and find another place. Unless you love bugs, filthy kitchens, and overpriced everything, then this is would be heaven. I gave it 2 stars because the beds were really comfy, and the grounds were well manicured.

Although we checked in through the “front desk” we were informed that another rental company managed our unit. That management company was unresponsive and I had to call the emergency number to get any check out information. The place was clean on the surface but lacked a thorough cleaning. The towels had hair in them although they appeared clean otherwise. I didn’t report any issues to management as it wasn’t critical to me and I didn’t want anyone in the unit when I wasn’t there.

We had a four bedroom unit and had plenty of space! Nothing luxurious but plenty good. We had about a 10-15 minute walk to the pool. The pool area is beautiful and the water was a great temperature. No complaints at all there. We liked everything about the place except we found that the staff at the registration desk will help with nothing but registration. Very little effort even put forth to answer questions, couldn't bring our suitcases in when we were leaving at 2:00 am and wanted to bring them early.

I have stayed at many places in Florida Orlando area. I must say this place was a huge disappointment. Only one swimming area. The units were very outdated, with many issues with in the unit, light bulbs blown, the floors were not clean and bathroom floor tiles broken. Our AC unit stopped working and you have to call a management company to report the issue. The front desk was no help when having an issue with the unit- and reverted to the management company. These are townhomes attached to others- The patios on the second floor do not have any furniture. The first floor patio looked out to an old wooden privacy fence. The units are spacious, but outdated and in need of repair. The one pool area was nice and clean but crowded. I would not recommend this place as there are so much better options in the area.

Just returned from a great week in a 4 bedroom unit with family. The pool area, very crowded, but it was spring break. Unit is a long way from the pool so you must drive, but parking was not a problem. We had a few problems with supplies in the Unit, or Lack of supplies. We had a small child who dropped dry cereal on the floor and when we called and requested a broom we were told "go buy one". Also no can opener, I know "go buy one". there was and ironing board, but no iron. Even with a mid week towel and supply exchange we had only 1 Kitchen towel and 2 dishwasher soaps for 8 people for a week. We had to use hand towels from the bathroom in the kitchen. Still we had a great week with family.
