at 62 years of age I have stayed at hundreds of motels and have to say this had to be my worst experience ever!!!! 11pm at night i had to Book online in the parking lot because lady at desk would not honor the online offer which was 22 bucks cheaper then what they were telling me........drive around to go to room and there is an incredibly loud party , music blasting, people screaming and banging, all happening in the parking lot right next to my assigned room. Now remember this is 11pm on a Thursday / work/ school night. I decide not to complain wait a bit and hope it will end soon. Go into room to turn on lights and a roach crawls across my hand. Both locks were broken on door so we left to request another room. The front desk lady was exceptionally rude not wanting to move us. I demanded and she finally reassigned us to another room in another building as I requested to be moved away from the noisy party (It was now 11:40). I immediately smelled a strange odor when entering the second room but decided to just go take a shower wanting to go to bed from pure frustration and exhaustion.. When I came out there were roaches crawling everywhere!!! When I went to move the suitcase off of the bed roaches were crawling on the pillows! I again went to front desk to request my money back so I could leave and once again the lady was exceptionally rude and said no refund. We then left this nightmare of a place....having lost almost 2 hours of wasted time, in pure exhaustion, and out $88.00. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

I would never recommend this place to anyone. We slept in sleeping bags on the bed. I didn't let my 10 month old touch the floor period. It's no smoking in the rooms but there's about an inch gap in between the door and the wall and floor, there's always a person smoking outside so your in haling smoke in your room. Mold and musty smell as well. I didn't even want my dirty clothes on the floor. There are already guests in the room. The roaches, we bought raid because management was useless. That was stupid because there's an infestation and when we sprayed more would come out from behind the picture, the headboard, the plug where the A/C unit was. You can't even use the bathroom without them crawling in your leg hell or even sleep. I really didn't sleep must because I was watching to see if anything crawl on my son. Pls if you do stay there shake out you suite cases and clothes and don't keep food.

Bed bugs, fleas and rude management. A horrible experience. I rented a room for a month for a young mother and her two children. The first room was infested with fleas. She was moved and the second room was infested with bed bugs. The young mother cried on the phone to me all night as she picked bed bugs off her children, the beds and linens. I had her take pictures which I’ve attached. I was even more shocked in the morning when I asked she be moved to a room without bugs. I was very rudely advised by “Lydia” the desk clerk that she did not care if there were bed bugs and that my young friend and her children would have to leave because it was “Company policy” not to change rooms. I was shocked. She even suggested the young mother brought the bugs in. Yet she had only been there 24 hours, did not have a dog and the bed bugs were deep in the box springs. She would not give me the manager or corporate contact. She said she did not care what I said in a review. She said “that’s what lawyers are for”. I’ve never been spoken to this way. I believe travelers and the health department should be aware of the fleas, and bed bugs imbedded in the box springs, mattresses, linens and carpets of this disgusting hotel. It is unfit for human habitation and the staff are unfit for public service. I’m shocked Extended Stay America allows this hotel to operate and tarnish its reputation.

I had a reservation for Friday and like the email said I called to let them know I would be after 4 I showed up at 6:30 but my boyfriend who was paying was on his was we went in and let the lady know the situation and she off the bat was kinda rude I stood outside the door hoping my bf would make it in time she seen me outside the door I was really hoping out of the kindness of her heart and the fact she knew I had a child and we told her I had no where else to go she would wait just a few mins but at 6:59 she shut the blinds and locked the door right on me 7:04!!! 4 FREAKING mins late my boyfriend showed up we knocked on the door and the lady screamed we are fu***** closed. We were still sitting outside trying to figure out what to do next as her and some man walk out my friend asked don’t you have a heart and she replied nope not at all !! We ended up paying over a 100 bucks for one night somewhere else because she could not wait just 4 mins. I completely understand that they close at 7 but i was there 30 mins before and told her my story she seen me and my three year old outside with all of our things I just think it was completely heartless and poor customer service!!! Plus if they think it’s okay for thier employees to yell and cuss at customers they should not be in bussiness!

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO STAY HERE. My girlfriends and I went to Tampa last month for a weekend trip while one friend was staying a week. We had a reservation for this location 2 months in advance at least. The reservation online didn't require payment at the time but at check in. So my friend gets in the night before us which was the day she booked her reservation to start. She saw online that the lobby closed around 7 or something and called to let them know her flight wouldn't be in in time to check in before lobby closes and would be there in the morning of the following day. As my friend came to pick me up from the airport the next morning she stopped to check in first to make sure the room was ready.. At that point in time was told that there weren't any rooms available for her and that around noon about 6 people were supposed to check out. As infuriating as that was since we were supposed to have the room the night before we decided to kill time and go eat while we waited. So I decided to call around 11 and ask what a good time to come check in was since I would hope they needed to clean the room after check out. (didn't want to waste day waiting in lobby) The person told me around 2 or 3 would be a good time to come and that they would hold the room for me. So we wait even longer.. I call back before grabbing our other friend from the airport to make sure we have a room before driving back over there. THIS TIME I am told we do not have any rooms for you the people decided to extended their stay... 6 PEOPLE??? after being told they would hold our room. Mind you we did have a reservation (no point obviously) Never once did they offer to check other locations for us or figure anything out to accommodate so we had to spend our entire day finding somewhere to sleep. I was only in Tampa for 3 days.. and one completely wasted thanks to Intown Suites!!!!!! Furious, Will not ever recommend this place to anyone.
