Great room, with kitchenette, seating area, and updated bathroom (with all necessary amenities). Hilton is working to go keyless (we didn't do the app but you can) and has recycle bins in the rooms, which I always appreciate. Good breakfast and eating area (plenty of seating). Friendly front desk staff, who can provide ice (in bags) if needed as there are not ice machines on the floors. The hotel is in a convenient location overall in the middle of food/gas and close to beach, yet not in a noisy area. Would definitely recommend.
I would recommend this hotel for stay in the Bonita Springs area. This is the third time I have stayed here and it has been consistently good. The rooms are spacious and the bed comfortable, and I love the TV placement on the wall above the bed. The complimentary breakfast is better than most and the coffee is placed out at 6 a.m., a big plus if you are an early riser like me.
Stayed 1 night with my family, web checkin, bluetooth key, web checkout, no waste of time! Perfectly clean as all hilton hotels. Unfortunately there was no breakfast buffet given covid..all the rest perfect.
Visited over Memorial Day weekend. Hotel is tucked away off of highway 41, quite location. There is a Publix grocery store within walking distance. At check in we were not warmly greeted or recognized as a Hilton diamond member. We got off of the elevator on the third floor and we couldn’t believe our eyes, trash and I mean lots and lots of trash! We weren’t sure what we were going to find once we entered our suite. Surprisingly our suite was clean, comfortable and well appointed. We were supposed to be there for three nights so we asked for daily housekeeping. The not so nice lady at the front desk flat out said no, not until after seven days! Well that explains why all the trash by the elevators. We than proceeded to ask for clean towels. She told us we needed to bring down the dirty ones in exchange for clean ones. Had to walk with dirty towels in hand, she didn’t even offer a plastic bag! No breakfast, just a surprise grab bag. I asked for bottled waters for my family and she said I could only have two since it was just my son and I present! I have never heard such a rude response! The outdoor area was nice and sunny with an outdoor pool, seating area under a pergola. Overall, this hotel needs to step up their housekeeping game and retrain their front desk staff, no hospitality & no services!…
My husband and I came for a weekend getaway. The room smelled freshly cleaned upon arrival and was well kept. I particularly like the fact you could digitally check in and out, as well as use your phone as a digital key for your room. The only thing I was not fond of was the brown bag breakfast. There were slight variations of what’s inside, but you won’t know what you get until you take it and open it up. I got a bagel with cream cheese, a granola bar, and a strawberry yogurt. My husband got a jimmy dean microwaveable sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit, a granola bar, and a blueberry yogurt. I just feel that guests should be able to choose their breakfast, or the self serve breakfast should be back open. Many other businesses/hotels have opened these services back up. This hotel is about 10-15mins from Bonita beach, which has many things to do! Overall, I would recommend and we would stay here again. …
