The Rehoboth Guest House is a charming gay owned and operated victorian bed and breakfast, located in the heart of Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. **Vaccine mandate in place on property** We are located just steps away from the Atlantic Ocean, Rehoboth's main street, excellent restaurants, wonderful tax-free shops, and art galleries. The Rehoboth Guest House has a total of 14 guest rooms, 10 of which have private bathrooms. On our 2nd floor, we have 4 guest rooms that share 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. Each room is unique and painted with warm colors. They all feature large windows with wooden plantation blinds, comfortable mattresses, 32" flat screen TV's, mini fridges, and a daily room cleaning service. Our romantic Rehoboth Beach Bed and Breakfast has many common areas for our guests to enjoy. Outside, guests relax and mingle on our popular large front porch lined with rockers, featuring a relaxing porch swing. Guests boast about the two oversized outdoor showers with changing rooms which are especially inviting after a long day at the beach. Inside, the Guest House has a warm and inviting living room with lots of natural light, comfortable furniture and large flat screen TV. For breakfast dining, we have a round family size dining table. This area can accommodate large groups. Each day, guests wake up to the wonderful smells of a hot breakfast, coffee, fresh baked goods, and all the amenities of a continental breakfast served in our exquisite chef's kitchen.

Just came back from an overnight stay to celebrate a belated birthday. It was our first time staying here but not our first time in Rehoboth Beach. We would like to start out by saying thanks to Tom for his welcoming hospitality. The inn is furnished nicely. We had a very nice cozy clean room with comfortable bed. Really appreciated in how they handle covid by providing sanitizer and other products to keep you safe. Nice to know they go out of their way to protect their guests. They even provide a free way to sanitize your cell phone. We had a very nice quiet hot breakfast in which you fill out a form upon check in which you provide them with choices that you make including which time you prefer. I have been coming to Rehoboth Guest House since before the renovation (I feel old now). Every time I come to this place, there is a sense of calm and familiarity that greets me as soon as I enter. I usually try to come in the off-season, either April or October for a few nights during the week. The guest house is centrally located within Rehoboth proper, only about 1.5 blocks from the boardwalk/beach. I always park my car and just stay within the confines of Rehoboth for these few days, walking everywhere and tasting the local cuisine. The breakfast (as of April 2021) is no longer the buffet style help yourself, but made to order with a sheet ahead of time. I did not mind this at all. Tom, the innkeeper, is always so welcoming and I feel like I have gotten to know him over the years. Rehoboth Beach just gives you this sense of comfort and familiarity when you have conversations with all the locals, whether it is Tom at the Guest House, Lori at the sandwich shop, or the man who owns the ice cream parlor. I will return over and over again. Maybe next time I will bring a special someone! Thanks for having such a comfortable and familiar setting for this guy to return to every year.…

We stayed at this guest house for two nights and loved the location; 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Also loved the wonderful and numerous outdoor seating area with lots of tables and chairs; fantastic for morning coffee and evening wine. The house is very charming and has a lovely front porch. The entire property was decorated for the Halloween contest. It was amazing and so fun to see and enjoy! We hope you win! My only disappoint would be the breakfast-it was adequate but not like the pictures online which looked delicious with entrees and homemade goodies. This is perhaps another result of COVID, but we sure hope those breakfasts return in the near future. Our room was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. Tom is a fantastic innkeeper! He gave us restaurant suggestions, directions, even helped carry our luggage. Very good at his job. Also loved his little dog, Cosmo. We loved our stay here!…

First time staying here and we were NOT disappointed. Excellent service thanks to Tom, Chris and the very nice young lady (sorry, didn't get your name). The room was very clean and quiet, even being opposite of the guest kitchen. Very little noise. The location is perfect. Once parked, never moved our vehicle all weekend. It's accessible to all of downtown shops and restaurants. The breakfast menu was very nice, food served as always hot and fresh. Kudos to Tom for his management and kudos to the staff for being so friendly and helpful. Lots of outside seating, porch areas and lovely secluded backyard. Outside shower also. The guest kitchen had lots of glassware available, coffee, tea, and ice. It was wonderfully decorated for Halloween. I hope you win the contest!! First time staying in Rehoboth. This was an excellent choice. Innkeeper Tom and his staff are attentive and professional. The accommodations are clean and charming and the location is ideal. Close to everything. We already booked for next October for our return trip.

This place is great! The guys were so very sweet and welcoming. I stayed in Room 12, which is directly across from the guest kitchen. Lots of noise from guests getting coffee, ice, etc. Also heard noise early morning right above my room. Perhaps it’s the nature of the old building to hear creaking floorboards like that? Was also disappointed there was no breakfast buffet as pictured in the photos, nor was there chocolate chip cookies or a wine/cheese happy hour as mentioned in previous reviews (probably due to COVID). I adored little Cosmo. The house is convenient to everything in Rehoboth…beach, shopping, restaurants. Highly recommend this place.

The perfect blend of social and private at this charming inn. Convenient to EVERYTHING in Rehoboth, we didn’t need our car all weekend. Easy walks to the boardwalk, beach, bars and restaurants. Friendly staff and guests. We felt welcomed and comfortable! Can’t wait to come back!

It’s hard to say enough good things about the Rehoboth Guest House. That begins with the manager and owners setting up Covid protocols to maximize our comfort and safety after surveying their customers. Knowing that all guests were vaccinated and required to wear their masks in the shared areas was critical to us being willing to take this trip. Our room was clean and very comfortable, with plenty of places to hand our clothes, and three nice drawers for the things we didn’t hang. It also had a reasonable-sized ref. Our 3rd floor room was very quiet and easy to access from either the inside of the house or from the second floor porch and the beautifully landscaped back yard. There is a great front porch with two tables and several padded rockers. There are there also are tables on the screened-in back porch, under umbrellas in the back yard, and on the second floor porch. Breakfasts are outstanding, with several hot options (try the Belgian waffles or the pancakes rolled up around fresh strawberries), and for s clod breakfast there is yogurt or a fresh fruit cup (NOT canned). Breakfasts are currently pre-ordered by marking a menu the evening before and dropping it in a box outside the kitchen. They are then delivered to your table at a time you select between 8:00 and 10:00 am. Tom, the manager, and all of the staff live on-site and work extraordinarily hard to meet your needs. My husband and I enjoyed a lovely getaway at this Bed and Breakfast. Walking distance to everything we needed/wanted to do. The property is well kept and service was excellent. I appreciate the concern for cleanliness. Our host was kind, accommodating, and very welcoming. I would recommend getting back to real dishes/silverware for breakfast, but I understand that Covid put a wrench in typical service. Check this place out if you’re looking for a wonderful place to stay and access to all that Rehoboth offers!

We just spent two nights here and enjoyed it very much. Pleasant, efficient welcome, free off site parking, very clean. Bedrooms are small but there are several nicely decorated common areas. Small refrigerator in the room was a nice amenity. There is a nice wide front porch with rocking chairs , and in the back a screened in porch ,a delightful patio,several decks and garden with lots of bunnies. It's hard to believe you are just steps away from the crowded boardwalk. The breakfast was adequate. Ordered the night before, there is a limited offering of items. Overall a very nice place to stay.
