Located just three miles from the hustle and bustle of town, The Homestead Bed & Breakfast at Rehoboth Beach sits on two acres of beautifully landscaped property. We are a pet friendly and adults only inn. Choose from four beautifully decorated guest rooms in the main house all with private bathrooms or our spacious 800 square foot private cottage featuring a large fenced-in backyard.Guests enjoy a full breakfast in our dining room including the hot entrée of the day, homemade breads, fresh fruit, yogurt, gourmet coffee and additional continental fare. All of our rooms and the Cottage have a refrigerator, HD TV's, DVD player, hair dryer, and personal climate control settings. Additional amenities include a wrap-around screened in porch, free WI-FI, an expansive DVD selection, a large selection of games, ice maker, bottled water, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach towels, free parking, and an outdoor shower for use after a day at the beach.

This was the most charming bed and breakfast! Literally zero complaints! Bed sleep in a very long time- the beds were so comfortable and LOVED that there was a ceiling fan in addition to ac. The night prior you receive a text with breakfast menu. Breakfast is phenomenal! If you’re lucky order the chicken parm frittata. The grounds are immaculate, everything lush and green. The pool is perfect! We didn’t even want the beach! You won’t regret your stay here!!

We have stayed at the Homestead many times, with two different dogs over the years. The B&B is a little oasis at the beach and amazing for dogs. Every room so beautiful, the breakfast and accommodations are perfect, and our dogs love the space to run around and play! The B&B location is perfect for whatever activities you have planned!

Had a really great stay at this B&B. I haven’t really stayed at B&Bs in the past, but thought it would be a cute option for a weekend getaway to Rehoboth Beach. This was also my first time at the Delaware Beaches, but hopefully the first of many. I really appreciated how easy it was to stay here with keypads for locking and unlocking the doors and easy access to lots of amenities on the property, including a sizable fenced in pet area, Keurig machine for coffee and tea, ice machine, and a collection of DVDs and books. The breakfasts each of the two mornings we were there were plentiful and delicious. Great ways to start our travel days! The property itself is well-maintained and Joe and David are very helpful and friendly innkeepers! I’d definitely recommend staying here for anyone interested in a B&B in the area.…

This was our first experience with a B&B instead of a hotel, and I’m so glad we did! The room was nice and clean, the bed was really comfortable, our dogs were welcome with amenities just for them, the hosts are friendly, and the breakfast are amazing! We loved it so much that we booked 2 more weekend in the next few months.

The Homestead is one of our favorite "go to" getaways with our dogs since it only 2 hours away from home and we always have such a relaxing and enjoyable visit. We love staying in the Cottage since it is like having our very own little apartment with a backyard for the dogs to roam. The amenities and service is always top notch. The homemade breakfasts are delicious!! I can't say enough positive things about this bed and breakfast.
