Had an early morning flight, so family dropped me off the night before. Right off, I was treated well by the desk clerk (Shareena?), who was funny and warm. I was also treated well by the morning clerk and the driver to the airport (wish I knew their names!). The driver said a tip wasn't necessary (he was so humble), but I insisted. Being treated like I am special is so important, sometimes more important than the place itself.
My king-sized bedroom was spacious and I had a view of lots of greenery from my window. I appreciated the low, wide shelf (as part of the TV/refrigerator/bureau) for laying my suitcase on. Most hotels do not have this in my experience (I go to at least 6 hotels per year). No more laying it on the floor, a flimsy luggage rack or on the shelf under the TV! I also liked the side table which could easily slide over the sofa so I could eat.
The breakfast was what you would expect from these types of hotels (I stay at all types of Hilton properties as well as some of their competitors), which is fine. The dining area is spacious.

I stayed for business in early May 2021. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. COVID protocols were enforced with plenty of wipes and hand sanitizer to go around. The room was a basic Hampton Inn room that was clean. The free internet was a bit slow, so it made doing work a little tough in spots. A pleasant surprise was the "to go" breakfast in the morning, which you select what you want the night before, and it's ready for you when you leave in the morning.

We stayed only one night for an early flight the next morning. The staff made sure we were satisfied with our room (the first one was stale and stuffy - they changed it without question.) That night, the neighboring room smoke alarm sounded on/off for an hour. The overnight team worked until the problem was resolved and the next day the manager Jamiere helped us with a discounted rate. Problems are ok when the staff cares enough to resolve them. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel because I had an early morning flight from Bradley and wanted to get the rental car return out of the way the afternoon before. So, I was appreciative of the shuttle service. It was prompt from the airport and extremely punctual the next morning at 5:30 am. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. One thing that sets this Hampton Inn apart is that the bagged breakfast has more options, including healthy ones. I was happy with my Cheerios which were available at the crack of dawn. Front desk staff were pleasant and efficient. This is a no frills hotel but it certainly met my needs more than adequately.

Hotel is very nice and clean. Pool room is very nice with warm water and 80 degree air. There's lots of hair in the pool water though so definitely need to clean it more often or get a better filter system. Still too many odd covid rules. Need to make a reservation for the pool? Just to go share the water and pool equipment with the last group? Silly. Breakfast needs to be ordered ahead of time and then you pick up your boxed items in the lobby at your requested time. Very strange way of trying to protect others from a virus. Rooms were nice, clean, and quiet. Nice place overall.

Was here for 2 nights while in the area on business. Although they are trying to make it a pleasant experience for guests as they complete massive renovations, it makes for a less than pleasant stay in my opinion. There is no front entrance and the “front desk” is set up in a hall near the elevators since the lobby is completely gutted. The breakfast area is crammed with tables and random chairs that could never accommodate a rush of guests during peak hours. Also, if you are planning to work or rest in your room be prepared for constant hammering and drilling in the rooms below or above between the hours of 8-4. Although I had a newly renovated room it seemed to be in need of some finishing touches and adjustments-the door didn’t fully close and the AC unit does not maintain a consistent temperature so it was fluctuating around 5 degrees which caused the very loud unit to switch on and off relentlessly throughout the night. There is no “constant fan” option to keep it running as white noise in the background so it was difficult to sleep through the night. I’ll come back through the area this summer and will plan on the Double Tree just up the road.

We stayed here in room 400 on 8/29-8/30/23 after flying into BDL. The lobby was closed for renovation (which we knew from their website) so entry was by the first side door after the lobby area. Near the handicapped parking area towards the front of the hotel. The staff who checked us in were very good, helpful and friendly. The room was decent sized, clean quiet and comfortable. It overlooked the parking lot. The was plenty of free parking and the hotel was close to and easy to find from the airport. There is a 24/7 airport shuttle service. The WIFI was fine for email and web surfing. The breakfast was better than most Hampton's it had corned beef hash, lots of fruit and egg omelets. We would stay here again.

We had a reservation debacle at another hotel and we arrived here without a reservation. The manager took very good care of us and gave us a comparable room which is extremely comfortable and welcoming. Our family felt completely taken care of even though it was a very busy night. There is a shuttle to and from airport and parking is available with prearranged plans. We feel very fortunate to have stumbled into this hotel.

The woman who checked us in really gushed over to my wife being a Diamond member. And not the monotone "thanks for being a diamond member"; she offered extra snacks more than once when we didn't take enough the first time. Any more it would have been uncomfortable how nicely she was treating us. It was really refreshing to see a Hampton Inn lean into the Hilton loyalty program. The cost of a few cookies, they made a guest that had a long day feel welcome.
The facility itself was really nice. If you contrast to my review of Hilton O'Hare, the rooms were really nicely done, had plenty of working USB ports, and very comfortable bedding.
The proximity to BDL was hard to beat. From checkout to rental car return was maybe 5 minutes. And while the hotel wasn't busy that night, we didn't hear another soul: car, airplane, or hotel guest with noisy luggage. So I'm impressed.
We will definitely stay here again if we need to stay near BDL.

Well worth the money spent. Staff & facitilitied were superb. Our lacrosse team (parents & athletes) appreciated all the staff’s ability to accommodate our little birthday party for one of the parents. They made his day as well as the weekend all the more memorable.

Thanks for your question , the shuttle runs 24 hours so you are all set. Breakfast doesn't start until 6am but there will be on the run bags with muffins, fruit , cereal bar at the front desk . Coffee is always hot and available . Please keep in mind if you are leaving a car while you are gone you need to be booked in a Park and Fly package.
