I've always loved this resort but found myself very disappointed after our recent stay. The DSTV was not working and we were told there was a problem with the dish but it was not solved for the duration of our stay. The weather was very bad which is why we were indoors. When trying to use the wifi as an alternative we were told you have to come to the reception and stand there if you want to use the wifi. Really? The resort advertises DSTV and WIFI. The unit was neat and presentable but looking tired. The kitchen was lovely and looked relatively new. The bathroom is old and as a whole needs a revamp. We were 30 minutes late when checking out and received a rude phone call from reception threatening to charge an extra night if we dont hurry up. Overall disappointing...

Walked into the chalet and there was a damp smell. We were given dirty towels. Actually dropped off an unused dirty towel at reception on our first day there as proof of how disgusting it was. Left over food on plates and bowls. This place does not deserve 3 stars. Zero or 1 for the most! is what it should be getting.
