Friendly staff, good breakfast, good deco, amenities provided as per advert. Crispy white bed linen. Safe parking space. A little furniture update will do. Carpets on the stairs need replacement but not that bad. Generally a good BnB.
They have the best packages ever. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!! We had a blast .Thanks for the service. The food was great. Oh the Jacuzzi was theeee best . We are surely coming back!! The area is so peaceful!!
We had 3 rooms. The rooms smell bad. Room 1 STANK so badly I asked to be moved. The carpets are filthy The towels have holes in them. The two glasses at the bathroom sink still had toothpaste stains in them from previous guests. I wiped down the white leather headboard and the white cloth ended up brown. The dustbin had empty bottles in it from previous guests - REALLY - in the time of COVID? The swimming pool is a health hazard. I have photos to prove all this. Just after midnight, very loud music started up in the room next door. Loud music, door slamming and shouting went on for 2 hours despite numerous complaints to security and phone calls to the manager. The noise didn't stop most of the night. Another older couple left the hotel after shouting at the offenders. Loud knocking on my door at 5am woke up my 3 year old. Another phone call to the manager was done at 5.30am. Having traveled the world, including most of Africa, staying in some really dodgy places, this hotel easily competes for WORST hotel in the world. We checked out at 6.30am - wish I'd never stayed. To his credit, the manager gave me my money back.…
I spoiled my mom to a hot-stone massage at the Isango Gate Boutique Hotel Spa for her 60th birthday. The process was enjoyable from start to finish with easy booking and professional service. The aromatic full body massage with hot-stones was a journey of relaxation from head to toe. Great way to spoil someone special!
Beautiful place, hidden in plain sight. Very accommodating to kids. The food was amazing with great assistance from the reception to the bar. Overall service was excellent, definitely booking with Isango again in the future.
Very neat rooms close to amenities. It is a quiet place offering sea view which is such a good scenery. I really enjoyed facilitating at the Isango Gate where staff is always willing to assist and even go an extra mile to satisfy the guests.
an excellent stay, close to the beach, clean and bed was comfortable. Had a great brekkie , which was included in the price. As they where running a special , the room was SUPER cheap, so I was very happy. will definitely come back.
Our stay at Isango Gate Hotel was lovely, except for a few minor things that the hotel can improve on, such as the carpet in our room had stains all over (everything else in the room was clean). Secondly there were no gowns or slippers has advertised on the website I did the booking from, lastly the dinner menu did not have a lot of variety to order from as a result we opted to eat out. Breakfast was alright. The best thing I enjoyed was the sleep quality. It was EXCELLENT!!!!
Our stay at Isango Gate was great, the room and premises were exactly what we saw online and provided the much needed relaxation. We especially enjoyed our spar treatment as it was our first time doing that, the therapists made us feel relaxed and comfortable. If you dont feel like dining at their dining area you will enjoy dining at your private balcony like we did, we enjoyed our dinner while enjoying the evening's view. Thank you to all stuff members for keeping a well oiled facility.
This is grate value for money, close to the beach, neat, secure, cosy. Bathroom is spacious, beds comfortable. Only downside is the food isn't particularly great, had breakfast and dinner there and was not impressed by the quality. However there's plenty of places near by to go hv a meal.
