The study has coaxed an interesting environment from an architecturally featureless structure. This is the power of design. Intimate public spaces, fantastic light, and chic Scandinavian inspired rooms made for an incredibly enjoyable stay. The room windows, furniture choices, and color palette turned what was...More

I can't speak for hotel management, but they have a small food concession in the lobby, so I assume they expect that people might come in to get some coffee and snacks. There's also a restaurant and bar, so no one's checking room keys. If you make a purchase at the coffee shop, I assume you've paid your lobby rent.

It was around 270.00 a night for a queen room plus tax and other charges which ended up over 300.00 and change. It was during restaurant week. I like the location with respect to my granddaughters dorm. I find the Omni a better value. The Study is nice but over priced.
