I am so glad that Kerry has finally left her review. Because she has, I am now able to answer the points she makes. Kerry arrived and was shown to the accommodation she had booked, our 2018 American RV. The hot tub was waiting alongside spa gowns, towels and slippers. Our other guests were staying in Nayeli (see review below this one) and were ready for the llama experience that every guest enjoys during their stay. Kerry was upset that she had booked the RV because 'she already has one of those'. Everything had been prepared, the larder was full of provisions, snacks and goodies for their stay. Kerry's other guest wanted to look around the RV and said it was great. She wanted to unpack and enjoy the evening. Kerry, however, wanted me to show her our Lotus Belle Stargazer Tent, a £4,800 brand new tent (called Valentina) that had only accommodated a two guest stays before Kerry's visit. It was actually my 10th wedding anniversary that day, and my husband was finishing some work to the outdoor decking/seating area before we intended to spend the night in Valentina to celebrate. Without a flicker of hesitation to give up my wedding anniversary special treat, I offered to show Kerry the accommodation. She said she thought she had booked Valentina and was keen to see it. I hadn't told my husband that I had offered to show Kerry Valentina and but he (like I am) said he would clear his tools and allow Kerry to enjoy the evening that we ourselves had planned. Kerry said she would go and get some shopping for supper and would 'give us an hour' to clear my husband's tools. We explained to the other guests in Nayeli the situation and asked if we could delay the llama experience for an hour, which they were only too happy to agree to. Kerry and her companion waved and smiled at us as we held the gates open to allow their car to exit our farm. We then worked incredibly hard to clear my husband's tools, make up an additional bed, add additional water for showers etc. and move the pantry of goodies to the kitchenette in Valentina's store. That was all happening between 6 pm and 7 pm. By 7.30 pm, our other guests were ready to barbecue their food, and so we started the hour-long llama experience, hoping we could provide Kerry with the experience when they returned. By 9 pm, my husband and I formed the onion that Kerry was not going to return. I checked my emails and phone for a message but there was no word. We didn't spend the night in Valentina for our 10th wedding anniversary because we didn't actually know if Kerry would return that evening. We drank our champagne whilst watching television in our lounge! At 8 am, the next morning, I received an email from Kerry with pretty much the same kind of content as her review here. She said my husband was a hostile man, the hot tub was a rubber ring filled with water, the farm was just an extension of our back garden and similar insulting comments. To say we were shocked would be an understatement! She made no comment of dissatisfaction during their limited time at our farm, she made no call to Booking.com to request alternative accommodation... in fact she kept up the charade by saying she was going food shopping, waving and smiling as they left. Because we had kept to our side of the contract, ie prepared the RV and the hot tub for their use, we didn't see why a refund would be due. We would always consider a refund or partial refund to any visitor who had a genuine reason to request one. There was absolutely no reason why the RV and hot tub could not be used and we could not relet the accommodation that evening, and therefore our costs needed to be covered. I would ask anyone reading this to take a look at all of our other reviews, over 100 of them on booking.com where she has left another scathing review giving us a '1' rating which has brought our overall rating down from 9.4 to 9.3. We have just stayed this weekend for a night and were welcomed by the most friendliest hosts Tina and Chris! We were shown to our caravan nayeli which also has an outdoor seating area, BBQ, firepit, a summer house and right next to the llama pen, we also opted for use of the hot tub which was a great perk. We got given a beautiful welcome basket full of delicious goodies which were a real treat! We had such a relaxing stay and highly enjoyed feeding the llamas their treats in the evening and learning all about them. The caravan is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. We loved staying and absolutely love our souvenir keyrings. Thank you so much!

What a truly fabulous experience. We were a party of 13 so had exclusive use of the campsite which was lovely. The whole setting was beautiful. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming. Being in and amongst the llamas all weekend was so special, as well as the geese and chickens. The hot tubs and campfires were fabulous and the barbecue provided was really delicious. Spending time with the llamas and getting to feed them was so special and we loved the souvenirs we were given. We were there for a hen weekend and the whole weekend was so special. It’s such a lovely place with great hosts.

Just returned from a 2 night stay with my partner and couldn’t fault it one bit! The caravan and summer house were so comfortable and cosy, we made full use of the fire pit and hot tub also! Tina and Chris (amazing hosts!) took us to feed the llamas which was such a good experience. The welcome basket and llama key rings were a fab touch. Highly recommend!!

My fiends and I booked this as a relaxing retreat for our 40th birthdays. The host Tina was very responsive to our requirements. This trip had been a year in the planning and had to be moved due to COVID, however it was well worth the wait. On arrival we met the llamas and learnt how to interact with them safely. This was needed as the Llamas frequently came to say hello near our tent. We found out accommodation very comfortable and relaxing. A well stocked welcome basket provided us with plenty of refreshment. We booked the afternoon tea for the Friday evening , we highly recommend this. Beautifully presented and equally delicious array of sandwiches, pastries, cream cakes, and cream teas. We had enough for lunch the next day!! The chef cooked BBQ was a great indulgence! All dietary needs catered for and flexibility to change the menu at short notice. The chef even washed up for us! We made use of the hot tub on the first night, but honestly by the second night we were so chilled just laying round the fire pit sipping our Prosecco and watching the llamas, the hot tub was not needed. Chris and Tina, are great hosts offering the right amount of guest interaction. Their passion for their llamas is emulated in everything they do. We would 100% recommend this location for a relaxing time with friends and family. We look forward to booking again.…

We stayed in the belle tent surrounded by llamas! It was so much fun and such a beautiful way to zone out of everyday life. The hosts were amazing and gave us everything we needed while also giving us our privacy to enjoy our stay! If you love llamas or want some time away for peace and quiet this is definitely the place to go!

We have just got back today from a 2 night stay and couldn't recommend enough to book a visit. The site is very peaceful and the llamas, chickens, ducks, dogs etc are all so friendly. Chris and Tina are great hosts and nothing was too much trouble-they even gave us fresh eggs in the morning! The site is in walking distance of a few pubs which is nice and would definitely recommend going to the llama feeding time it was great. We stayed in nayeli and the bed was so comfy and you can't beat laying in bed and looking out at the llamas. The peace and tranquility at night is priceless too. Thank you and we can't wait to come back
