Hotel's Favourite
One of the nicest Hampton Inns I have stayed in, and I have stayed in many. Located near, but not on a highway, it is quiet and tucked away with really nice landscaping. Staff was friendly and pleasant, room was large and clean. Nice fitness center and large pool area. Comfy beds.

This hotel stands out from all the others we have been to. Professional, accommodating, and welcoming staff. The hotel is on the newer side, with attractive hallways, large foyer seating areas, and very clean updated bedrooms with spacious bathroom.
The beds are very comfortable. The comforters have duvet covers that are washed and changed. This is unusual and adds to a clean, worry free stay.
The complimentary breakfast is not ordinary. The hot dish changes daily; different omelet, sliced smoked sausage, biscuits and gravy etc…
This hotel is located close to the highway entrance and one block from Nardelli’s; an excellent Italian deli, Rebel coffee shop, Dunkin Donuts and a Subway

Overall stay was excellent. I’m returning August 15th for another stay. We were given a block of rooms at a very reasonable price to accommodate families of the west peabody, ma. little league team. Everything about the hotel was perfect!

My family of 4 were staying here for Christmas 2020. I was attracted to this location mainly because they had an indoor pool. After staying a few nights our room key suddenly stopped working so we went to the front desk to get it fixed. They said it was good to go so we went back up and it still didn't work. We went down a second time and they told us that the room key reader ran out of battery and we would have to change rooms. It was our last night at the hotel and we abruptly gathered all of our belongings and switched rooms. The next morning we caught our flight back home and realized we accidentally left our raincoats that we had brought for our upcoming cross country hiking trip (Appalachian Trail). We called and asked if there was any way they could get our coats from the closet in the original room and they said that we would have to wait till the housekeeping manager is back. They said they would call me back. I waited all day and no one bothered to call me back about our 300$ Jackets. I call again later that evening and the front desk manager said that the housekeeping manager was making their way out of the door and said that nothing was found. I find it hard to believe that an establishment wouldn't bother to fix a problem that only happened because of their inconvenience, to begin with. I hope to hear back from them. I tried calling Corporate but they seem to be offline due to COVID and the General Manager coincidently was on vacation. If anyone of importance sees this please contact me at mas114@icloud.com

One of the nicest Hampton Inns I have stayed at. It is a large hotel and the entire property was spotless Our room was very large and had many, many charging ports with USB and regular outlets. We were warmly greeted when we checked in and were recognized as Hilton Honors members with water bottles and a snack. This property is very close to I84 and is easy to find.

This hotel was a surprise. For the price it is excellent! We’ve stayed at many other hotels for a higher rate that was far less quality. The lobby is gorgeous, the beds and pillows were comfortable and the linens clean. It could have better curtains (I had to use my clothes pins to keep them shut) The breakfast was not too good but under the circumstances of COVID it was acceptable. You ordered the night before from a check list of what you wanted. When we received it the next morning at the front desk we were surprised to find the omelettes, sausage and biscuit (breakfast corn dog), and waffles were all pre-packaged processed stuff you popped in the lobby microwave. (The rooms don’t have microwaves). It got us on our way and we didn’t starve so I wouldn’t change their star rating because of the minor irritations (such as they are an animal friendly hotel and I just found it odd to see people walking their dogs down the hallway when many people are allergic to animals). The staff were nice but not overly friendly.

Thank you so much for your great feedback about your stay at our property. I am glad to read about how comfortable you felt while staying with us. We recently changed to a Pet friendly hotel, however, if you happen to be allergic to animals we can always put you away from any animals for your own good. I am very sorry if this made you feel uncomfortable. Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity of providing service. We hope we can see you around soon!

Perfect location for a wonderful Little League regional tournament. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were clean. Extra towels were made available on request and housekeeping was also available on request. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here on a recent Saturday night for business in the area. Although the staff was very pleasant, they seemed very understaffed on a mostly sold out night. The wait line for check in at 1030 pm was out to the front door with only one desk person working. I got an amazing price for my king room so I can’t complain too much. I didn’t have time to check in online prior to arrival so I had to hope they had a top floor room waiting for me. Luckily I got room 322 which appeared smaller in size but it was good enough for me. Unfortunately the bed was very lumpy and did not offer a great night of sleep. The room itself was clean but that bed definitely needs to be replaced ASAP. Breakfast in the morning was a little different than what I’m used to at Hampton Hotels. I had to order at check in and hand in my order sheet to the front desk girl. When I woke up in the morning my box was waiting for me downstairs. Not too much of a selection but it definitely was better than nothing. This hotel was very clean and I would stay again. The mgmt just needs to add some staff to the front desk as well as replacing the bed in room 322.

Stayed one night over Labor Day weekend after spending the afternoon at a friend's barbecue while waiting to tube the Farmington River the next day.
Upon entering mid evening the lobby was a cacophony of sound and total chaos with what appeared to be a mixture of family reunion folks and a teen hockey team. Take out boxes were everywhere, people were talking at the top of their lungs and some kids were literally running around on the furniture and streaking water along the hall from the indoor pool area. The employee at the desk seemed both unfazed and did not so much as react to our comment regarding the chaos.
The noise carried on well past 1AM as some of these folks were in the outside seating area which is a lovely spot BTW. We were on the top/third floor in a corner room and heard their voices carrying. In the morning the foyer had a similar chaotic feel when we went for breakfast at 9:45 which was pretty well picked through.
The room was a generous size and had everything you could need including large shower gel, shampoo & lotion. Only issue for us was no exhaust in the bath so the mirror fogs over and the bed was softer than we like.
This place has a nice curb appeal and a lot of potential if the front desk personnel would be more assertive in not allowing some guests to take over the common areas and run wild detracting from the experience of others.

The hotel is well-maintained and conveniently located just off I-84. The rooms are clean and comfortable, price is excellent for this part of CT. Hotel staff are very helpful and courteous. Breakfast is included; hotel is very near a Nardelli's and a Rebel Dog Coffee for other mealtimes.

About 15 or so, give or take
Thank you for your question, angelasquillante. We are a pet free hotel, so we do not allow pets in the building.
No, they do not open but are quite large. They have "sheer" drapes and the usual "room darkening" type as well.
Alyssa420, Thank you for your inquiry. Yes, we do have smoking rooms on property with one king-sized bed in them. We hope to have you book with us soon!
