Clean rooms and profesional staff. Breakfast really good.waffles crunchis and really good flavor.front desk and costumer service very profesional . I got help when i need it. Check in and check out very easy and fast.
This was my first time in this hotel from the Hilton Home 2 The rooms are beautiful clean and the fridge was the big one not the small one microwave we’re all in working condition the iron working condition everything in the room. The bathrooms were nice and clean the TV channel Remote control was sanitize. But most of all the clerk there was very helpful friendly and courteous if I needed anything they were helpful. When I left the next day I told my wife we will always come again to this one. And once again thank you for making my trip worth it.
I am a diamond member with the Hilton honors program. When I checked in I didn't recieve my honors gift (water and snack) when I went to buy a snack I wanted to revieve my Hilton point and grab another. When I asked she said oh we don't give snacks as Hilton points just water so I wanted to comment that I didn't even recieve that when she checked me in since she was the last in her purple sweater to check me in so I wouldn't stay here if your honors stay at the Marriott or another place so then you can recieve your reward for spending pver $100,000 on your stays
I very recently stayed at this hotel and was treated extremely rudely by front office staff member “Christina”. She extended zero courtesy. When I inquired why my digital key request wasn’t fulfilled and why the app insisted on me checking in with the front desk, she said they wanted to know if I had a car as they charge for parking. I advised her no parking needed and she then made me wait while she finished a call. I’m a Diamond member and always check in via the app and get a digital key. I have not encountered this problem at any other Hilton hotel. 40+ nights per year. The cherry on top was when she didn’t even offer bottled water. When I asked for water she rolled her eyes as she turned around and said “I am so done!” I will never stay at this hotel again.
We were originally going to fly in and then rent a car, but we didn't want to leave our Cat in care of our friend. We're had out cat a few months and we just bonded as a family. We checked online and saw that this hotel, which we've had our reservation with for months now, was Pet friendly. We called the front desk to verify and right after we opted to drive up and bring our cat with us. Everyone was so friendly from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. It was nice to see other pet owners be able to be there with their pets. Also, we got back to the room one night and asked the front desk for good pizza for delivery. Pronto's did not disappoint.
