I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, with two tables for working and/or eating, a microwave, a fridge, and plenty of closet and drawer space. There was also a recliner, an office chair, and other seats that were great for working or relaxing on. Arjun at the front desk was also extremely professional, attentive, and helped me whenever I needed it. If I had issues with anything, it would be that the pillows are too soft, but that's extremely minor and subjective -- overall, I would definitely stay here again! Shoutout again to Arjun for great customer service.

Older property in south san Francisco but clean and friendly employees. Very typical breakfast offerings from Hampton inn. Close to a very nice walking trail by the bay. Plenty of ev chargers in the parking lot

Beware of this hotel. They charged me for an extra day that I didn't stay there. Had to check out early because of a change in plans. Stopped by the desk at 7:15 AM To let them know I needed to check out and was told basically tough luck we're going to charge you for tonight and there's nothing you can do about it. Also, charged me for parking for my entire visit when I only had a car 1 day

This was my 4th stay at this hotel (3/9 -3/12) and have been an HHonors member for years. I've also stayed at the Embassy Suites next door. Upon checking in the desk person asked if I wanted to pay for parking and I said no, I'll park in the street or have my son/DIL shuttle us back and forth from their house. Long story short they said that I had to pay their parking fee even if parking on a public street and I needed to have the parking permit on my dashboard when I was parked. I went ahead and paid for parking due to limited options. My wife checked many times when we were coming and going - and looking down on the parking lot from our room -75% plus of the cars in the lot did not have a permit displayed. I will get my free rooms from my HHonors membership points, then they will not get another dollar of my money - if this cannot be rectified. Finally - I found that a room for $109/night X 4 nights + $667 -- STAY AWAY.…
