I have stayed here many many many times since it's opening. The service level has really dropped and the property just isn't maintained like it once was. The staff suffer from a severe lack of proper training and either don't know the answers to simple questions ex: (what time

You will be fine on the paved roads. There may be trouble if you want togo down to the beach on the dirt road, which runs into the rocks where people climb to explore for sea life.

Good afternoon, There are a number of nearby beaches in the South Bay that offer sandy beaches for swimming and easy water access. The Beach Cove at Terranea has a sandy beach area with chairs and umbrellas for resort guests, however, we do not encourage swimming in that area. The rocky shore accommodates our water sports activities such as kayaking, but swimming is recommended at the nearby beaches. Thank you.
