x2*Riverpointe Napa This is a multicolored trailer park (manufactured housing, if you prefer) Clearly a lack of transparency on the part of the owners The trailers are outdated and hazardous for ingress or egress; not handicapped accessible The furnishings are cheap and the fixtures are funky e.g., showers On the bright side, the units are clean and the heaters work There is a microwave, stove top, oven, refrigerator There is no cutting board. It’s cluttered One mile north of Ox Bow Market; good jumping off spot for winetasting
I searched for a place for a family (10 people, 2 in 70s, 4 in 30-40 range, kids 12 9, 4 and 11 months) . That we could share simple meals, and have fun activities nearby or onsite. RiverPointe turned out to be perfect!! A resort with about 100 cute cottages right on the river in Napa, 4 minutes from the pulsing downtown Napa, Oxbow and river front scene, with a beautiful pool and hot tub, sport courts, Game room with Gus all, pool table and tons of games....each cottage is one bedroom with a small kitchen with no oven, but microwave, cooktop, sink and full refrigerator in each unit... So perfect! Each unit also has a deck with table and umbrella. We had happy hours, lunches and dinners together on the decks.., Beautiful set up for family groups! And we did not hear the baby cry at 2AM!! Yay! We did need an umbrella and some other simple things... the front desk had someone there in 10 minutes! Pool and hot tubs were great!!…
Plenty of space, great stay. Beds were comfortable and our fire stick worked great. We chose to stay here for the patios and it did not disappoint. We had many meals on it enjoying the great weather. The customer service was great. There is plenty of room, but these are essentially trailers, so some challenges with movement and noise.
This is an adorable little resort of 'tiny homes'. They've done a lot to create natural light and a very spacious feeling. I would get the 1 bedroom rather than a studio both for space and not having a shared wall. Some of the cabins are right on a river. I thought the resort staff was super responsive. The cabin was immaculate. They are still taking appropriate pandemic precautions. I would have extended my stay if they had had availability. Also, for the region, pretty reasonably priced.
Very cute little community of “tiny homes,” with nice features. Functioned well for our family of 4 (adults and 2 adult kids). Enjoyed the small porch on our unit. Plenty of drawers, closets. Kitchenette with dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, full sized refrigerator. Two TVs. Close to Walmart if you need anything! Clean. Staff very good about bringing items needed (extra towels, etc). Would stay again
Cute little cabins BUT....if you have normal hearing, a restaurant/bar across the street is booming music with heavy base since 1:30PM (it is now 11PM). Do not stay here if you want to sleep. The hotel would not address the issue. I highly recommend a different place unless you can sleep through heavy bass blasting away for hours and hours.
These mobile cottages provide a little extra distance over most hotels and resorts. Perfect for the 2 of us. And the sofa bed in the living room allows for 2 more. The resort follows strict COVID safeguards including contact free check ins. Clubhouse activity is cut back for now, but most everything is cut back these days. $$ is favorable to local hotels as well. Our one bedroom unit had everything we needed. The kitchenette with ref and dishwasher was super convenient. We ended up next to the Napa River and enjoyed scenic daily walks.
Wow, they are ready for you to stop by. 1. They can take your credit card over the phone so you do not have to go into the lobby. 2. Call and then they come out to you vehicle with all your room information and keys. 3. They have a long list of how they went the extra mile to keep the room clean and sanitized. 4. Pool is in use, but they limit the amount of people. 5. Running path East of the resort. 6. Near to restaurants and wine tasting. 7. There was actually two deer near our unit when we arrived.
There were many things not happening because of COVID, but a great stay anyway. They were trying very hard to give the stay we were looking for like reservations for pool time (easy to get),with pool attendant making sure everything is cleaned, towels watched so no cross contamination, and groups kept to 10. We always enjoy the time we spend here.
Enjoyed this intimate little home. Clean and really nice having individual patios. Late check-in is fairly simple with a call and lockbox. Rooster in the mornings wakes you up which is a little bit of a pain. Beautiful space overall!
