I'd give the Andaz 5 stars if they improve food availability. The Mercantile not open until 4, but Farmer's table closed early. It would be great to have legit lunch options. Otherwise, it was on point and everything worked well!
Walking distance to shops, restaurants and coffee. Very clean. Super friendly staff. Cute and cozy terrace. Our room vas very comfy and clean. Toiletries of high quality. You get a refillable water bottle for free
Will highly recommend Andaz Napa for its location. We visit Napa with friends to visit 2 wineries a day and it work out great. Downtown is the meca of gastonomy and small shopping. Room extremely small. Nice spacious and clean bathroom. Excelent breakfast and coffee.
Bathroom smelled of body odor, noisy due to in-house social bar nearby with live music, no chair in tiny room where king bed took entire room. We had to turn sideways to pass each other! No maid service on 2 days during a three day stay. Definitely not worth $600/night with taxes and “resort fees,”
I’m tired of going to hotels with excuses that they cannot clean rooms due to Covid. As much as I paid per night for this room there should be service everyday period. The attitude of companies like they are doing you a favor has to stop
We stayed for two nights while visiting Napa and I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The hotel is located in the center of downtown which made it easy to walk to shops and restaurants. The hotel staff was very friendly and added bonus was the self parking in the garage behind the hotel was already included in the resort fee. Also included was a $15 credit per night to be used on food and drinks at the hotel. The second floor had a lovely terrace where we enjoyed drinks outside and live music. The breakfast was fantastic, although a little pricey. Overall we enjoyed our stay and were so glad we chose the Andaz over other hotels.
Spending nearly $9000 for a 7 day stay and getting the same service as a entry level hotel? Don’t waste your money or time. The only good part of the stay was LeiLei and her absolutely smiling face in the morning when you were greeted for a quick bite at the bar
The hotel was great and the customer service was even better! The hotel was centrally located and within walking distance to every eatery downtown Napa. The breakfast was very good and we were greeted with glasses of wine upon check in!
Beautiful hotel at the center of Napa. Walking distance to many great restaurants and wine tasting places. The room looked brand new and was perfectly clean. The bed was a delight! I want to buy one. Just a great experience.
Over priced at $500/night with untrained check out staff. Noisy street noise from 3rd floor room. The AC is very noisy too. I would not stay here if it wasn't selected and paid for by my company for the business trip. I'd say there is what you expect for a $150-250/night hotel, given the location. If money is not a issue. Feel free to stay here. I would say there are other places you can stay in that would give you a better experience.
