The historic Millennium Biltmore Hotel has been a legendary Los Angeles landmark since 1923. With exquisite Spanish-Italian Renaissance architecture, including stunning hand-painted ceilings, it's rich history is most noted for its connection with the Oscars - the founding banquet for the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences was held in the Crystal Ballroom in 1927, where the original "Oscar" statuette was sketched on a Biltmore napkin, and eight Academy Awards banquets were held in the Biltmore Bowl during the '30s and '40s.

Downtown
Downtown Los Angeles is a busy metropolis of towering buildings, bustling streets, and industrial warehouses. There is a distinct multiplicity of cultures here with a growing influx of business professionals and hipsters. Many call the evolution of Downtown over recent years gentrification. New lofts, bars, hotels and restaurants are popping up regularly. Downtown is home to some of the very best restaurants in the city leading the LA foodie scene, plus it is the location of cultural and sports venues including the Walt Disney Concert Hall, the Staples Center, and the Coliseum at the University of Southern California.

On a business trip with my husband, we stayed at the beautiful Millenium Biltmore Hotel in downtown LA. It was still decorated beautifully for Christmas! Although the hotel has been around for a while, the room and bathroom had been updated. Our room had a view of the ice

It was enjoyable staying in the restored and historic hotel. Considering the age, my 8th floor room with window facing the interior was well decorated, clean, quiet and comfortable. I paid a promo rate of 149 that I think is quite amazing considering location. a colleague

Dear Burtw, Thank you for your review. We're thankful you found great value and satisfaction from your visit. Regarding the street noise, we are currently undergoing a window project which would make the noise you described less of an inconvenience. We understand being centrally located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles has many ups and many downs. However, we believe in being proactive and correcting areas of opportunity because you are our priority and we wish to extend only the best to you. We look forward to your next visit and we appreciate the honesty you've expressed. Feel free to reach out to me directly for any future assistance and have yourself a great rest of your day!

How much does it cost for car parking?
Thanks for your question! Weekend price is $42 and Weekday price is $48. Hotel offers Valet only and it's a one time cost per day with service being available to you 24 hours. Have a great rest of your day Tom W!

Thank you for your questions Greeneddy! I'm very sorry to say, but the Hotel does not have a shuttle to Disney. Drive can range from 30-90 minutes depending on traffic. Ways to get there can be Taxi, Uber, Lyft, Public Transportation or car services that our Hotel Concierge can assist in setting up. We look forward to your visit!

Thank you for your questions Viki789! I've seen mentions of this online, but no incidents have occurred. As previous occupants have answered, no haunted experiences were ever received. I understand your concern, but rest easy in knowing that this is false. We are here to serve and if anytime during your stay we can do anything to enhance your visit please let us know. Have a great day Viki789!

Breakfast is included if you added it as a package to your booking. Also, if you booked a Club Room, breakfast comes included in our Club Lounge. I hope this answers your question and please feel free to message me directly for any further questions.
