This is a two level hotel/resort with easy access to the beach. The staff were very helpful. The property is in need of a refresh but everything worked and I enjoyed my stay. There is a restaurant on site.

A peaceful place away from all the noise of the main town or the hotel areas. Also large garden, lake etc. inside the compound. Lots of open space. Rooms are quite spacious. Staff are helpful. Has private road to the beach. No sea-view from the rooms though. Rooms are not tip-top, just average. Electronics like TV, AC etc. needs upgrading. All of those are still the same from '90s. No wifi. Food is also average, not so great. But there are lots of options if you are OK eating out. I'd recommend if you like calm and peaceful stay and like nature.

Located close the the main Cox Bazaar beach this hotel has probably the best landscaped lawns and garden in the area. It's huge and has plenty of walking space immaculately maintained by the staff. Owned and managed by the Bangladesh Government as a part of the Bangladesh Touism Dept. It has an open Bar, rarely found in Bangladesh, and a private road to the beach. The rooms are another story,. The walls badly need a coat of paint and the furniture which are totally outdated, some damaged, needs a change. The bed sheets and towels are however clean and they provide tooth brush and tooth paste besides the wonderful smelling soap bar called The restaurant is huge and well decorated. The wooden ceiling gives the old Victorian look. The good is ok, nothing great but then one has to keep in mind the cost compared to similar private places in this beac resort. The beach is well maintained and the shops are well placed and don't hinder your movements. Here are various types of transport so you're never at a loss. The main road is clustered with good hotels and eating places including KFC. This is a budget hotel and to my mind a relatively good place to stay if youre on a budget.

Its a parjatan (govt) hotel and so things are a bit old-ish. But the place is spacious and the best part is it has its own access to the beach. Food is good too.
