Warm, welcoming and a great place to stay if you visit Portaferry. The breakfast was excellent and the stay was really good value for two nights. Rooms are spotless clean and comfortable. The music in the evening was superb and the staff are very friendly and attentive - the Guinness isn't too bad either. Definitely stay again!

Thank you to the lovely ladies and your warm welcome to us when we popped in for a drink Sunday 4th June. The place took me back to the days my Grandmother took the odd whisky on a Saturday with her friend so many years ago, but some of the place looked traditional and very warm and welcoming,.immaculately clean. Wishe we could have stayed longer but we will next time for sure. Thank you, to the lovely ladies who chatted to us. All the best Yvonne and Rachael Allen

Stayed here for 2 nights first time in portaferry. Tracey our host was very welcoming and showed us to our room which was clean and good size. Close to all amenities. Breakfast on both mornings was excellent and served in a very homely room. Tracey told us live music on second night we were there. We went to see what this was and great night everyone so friendly. Will come back for another visit.

Drove 2 hours out of our way to see the game of thrones door on a Tuesday. Google said it’s open. Had all hours there. Hours are completely wrong because it’s closed until Thursday. Really disappointing. Local phoned the owner and was nice enough to answer but they wouldn’t be back in portaferry until later in the day. Please update your hours. Home away from home is the fiddlers green Tracey the owner is so friendly and welcoming The bnb has a pub attached and it’s so lovely and a great place to have a drink and chat to people who are also staying there The bnb has a private porch for you to sit and enjoy your evening also and it has a little living area with TV and a fridge to use in main area We stayed for two nights the room was the twin room at the front of the building and it was so lovely and quiet! Also spotless with tea and coffee facilities fresh towels the bed was so comfy also! The breakfast was amazing it was a full fry if you wanted and they took your order each day and time to accommodate In portaferry we went to a restaurant called the bull and the claw it’s lovely on the sea front. Portaferry windmill is also a beautiful spot on a clear day! We also got engaged and Tracey the owner gave us a bottle of Prosecco on ice which was so thoughtful If your looking for somewhere to relax and with great customer service I highly recommend the fiddlers green !! Thanks so much Kevin & Symone.

We were told they were permanently closed. So sad, because they have one of the Game of Throne doors. We were trying to get all of the stamps. You have to take a ferry to get across to this pub. If you find the Cuan restaurant, the ferry is right behind the restaurant.

What a super place to stay. Our first time in Portaferry and certainly won’t be our last. Beds so comfy, nice and bright and exceptionally clean, great shower. Complimentary bottles of water in the room as well as tea, coffee and biscuits. Breakfast was first class. Tracy the owner couldn’t have done enough for us, very friendly, welcoming and kind to us. Can’t wait for the bar to open as we will definitely be back
