we just cant fault this hotel, it was clean, covid friendly, very friendly generally, the staff were absolutely top and as well as friendly and capable they wouldnt let you lift a finger and rushed off to get a french/english speaker if they didnt understand immediately. There was always someone on reception who spoke good english/french. The bar is lovely, the cocktails are lovely and the pool terrace is lovely, the rooms are brilliant and I loved the jacuzzi both indoor and out. Pay the extra to have a room with a balcony/ terrace as its well worth it. A stay in this hotel will make you feel like a pampered VIP and it was worth every penny, On leaving they gave us a lovely cloth bag with water and cakes for the journey. the breakfast is scrummy too with your own tongs to avoid contamination, super products and they cook the hot food to order for you. The staff make this place, they couldnt do enough for you. Oh and the rooms are all designed to be not noisy, self closing bins, doors, loo seats etc, the rooms were well soundproofed. the AC and WIFI also worked brilliantly,

Beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean hotel with lovely staff. Position is good and easy parking available. Good outside space with swimming pool for the warmer weather.Breakfast is first class too. Easy walking distance to the old town. The only let down is the lack of a dinner menu, just the breakfast room with a few snacks available. Would still recommend as there are restaurants within walking distance and would not hesitate to return if we were in the area again. Many thanks.

The hotel is brand new, very clean, the rooms are bright and clean. Its location is convenient, you can probably find parking relatively easily. With nice design and decoration, and furniture is nice. The room we got was a Comfort Double Room, but actualy was a very normal size, smaller from other double comfort rooms in other hotels, with nice arrangement. If you are a traveler with big and many luggages, you will definitely not have where to open them in the room. The bathroom has plenty of space that does not benefit anything, while it does not have many shelves or something to help with its liturgy, and the shower could be better. We didn`t have a jacuzi in the room, but nice veranta. Again my opinion the room could have beter arrangement. We try to rest in the swiming pool, but there was nobody to offer us a towels and to rearange the sunbeds so more people could use then, not jus a few couples, any way the water in the swiming pool was very cold. In generaly the hotel need beter organization in them facilities.

We stayed in the room with a jacuzzi in the terrace. I have to say the room is of the right size, with everything one could possibly need, large bed, spacious bathroom, and most amazingly the huge terrace with our very personal jacuzzi in proper privacy! Exactly what we imagined when we chose the hotel and room. Needless to say the breakfast has a lot of variety, is fresh and warm, and of great value! We also ordered the cocktails on the terrace by the hotel pool. It was absolutely lovely even in rainy weather and the cocktails is not pricy at all and so good, recommend the daiquiri de mango!! All in all, we wouldn’t hesitate to come back to this very hotel with friendly and patient staff! All the best!!!

This was a very nice hotel with nice attention to detail and a wonderful location. The jacuzzi in the room was very special! The staff was kind and helpful, and although we didn't use the pool, it looked gorgeous! The bed was comfortable and the balcony was great in the evening. Things to improve: There was a bright light on all the time from the balcony and a lot of noise from the hallway. I would have preferred curtains that blocked the light in the morning. There was no coffee in the room (only tea and decaf instant coffee), most 4 star establishments offer this option. For me, the price was a bit high in comparison to other hotels in the region. I know we are in difficult times and I hate the way many businesses are reliant on good and bad reviews for their livelihoods, but I really did NOT like the fact that I was asked by the hotel to give a perfect score online. To me the hotel was not perfect--there were a few things I think that should be improved, certainly not big things, but enough to be noted, and to be noted for the good of the hotel to improve. The text messages sent were clearly meant to be thoughtful, but in the end, a text message asking for a perfect review is a bit aggressive. Let the quality of your hotel speak for itself (it was very good!), and leave room for your guest to express their opinion and to improve.
