Established more than 25 years ago, Darrenwood Guesthouse has been home from home for our many regular guests, both local and international. Whether you are visiting Johannesburg on business or leisure, we understand your needs. Darrenwood Guesthouse offers lovely accommodation set in a quiet crescent. The Guesthouse is situated in the middle of a large tranquil garden boasting a swimming pool and beautiful bird-life. Darrenwood Guesthouse is centrally located and close to business districts such as Randburg and Sandton. Shopping centers Cresta and Brightwater Commons are just a few minutes drive away, as is the popular Carvers restaurant. All rooms have WIFI, DSTV, their own bathrooms, tea and coffee making facilities, separate entrances and safe parking. The Cottage and Tree Tops have kitchenettes for self-catering options. A full, lovely Breakfast is included in the price. Children are welcome. German, Dutch and French are spoke. Credit card facilities available.

Pool green algy growing. Went out for day on Sunday, returned to find not made. The 3 nights we stayed no coffee or tea replaced. Nobody to assist in carrying luggage up the stairs or down. Decor old shower has a curtain no full toilet rolls only half or less. Duvets very old ok 4 back packers

Patrick and Walter were great hosts. They were very accommodating in every way including room selection and period of stay. Also received a refund as I had to shorten my stay. Breakfast was great with special personal attention.
