I'm happy that everything I saw on the pic was what was in the room... The location is also safe but just a worry was the wall outside I felt like it could do with some electrical fencing on top.. Criminals these days.. Yoh
Enjoyed our stay at C & C Hotel Vibes. Well worth the price paid. The place was neat and clean. The cleaning staff was friendly and made sure we had extra towels. Highly recommended, will definitely visit again when visiting Randburg.
Put a sign on the front gate to specify the hotel name or a board ...i really loved the place it was hard to leave thank you so much and so clean so modern i would not mind to go back and the lady was so friendly
This is my go-to! Whether it be for work or leisure, C&C hotel vibes is such a delight from the friendly staff to the accommodation itself. Highly recommended!!! One of the aspects I enjoyed the most is that the location is ideal!
The perfect place to get away from the rush of the city. It's very peaceful and exceeded my expectations. Shops were within walking distance. I would definitely recommend if you're looking for a quiet place to work and unwind

Guests are not treated the same. Not sure if it's cause of color or age group. We didn't enjoy our stay fully cause we were expected to behave like other guests 🙄. I mean we all came for different purposes.
The host can learn to be accommodating to clients in order to retain clients and make them return. I have been to the property previously this time around I asked for a change of date and was refused. If booking can be done within 24 hours of check in why not amendment to the booking too.
The room was very comfortable - BUT the unit next to us was having a party / loud gathering and we could not contact the property to ask for assistance as none of the phone numbers that we tried numerous times were answered, the WhatsApps was only answered at 10am the next day. No emails were answered. Very disappointed with the customer service. The response was a denial that any calls were received (although the calls were made to the same number that the WhatsApp message was sent and replied to). No one answered the landline, the email address on FaceBook was incorrect, so was returned. Surely there should be someone on duty in a hospitality environment ?
A difficult review to write as the accommodation itself was comfortable, easy to find, in just the right place for us as it is perfect for visiting family - BUT the guests in the unit next to us decided to have a loud party which went on from the afternoon to late into the night. That in itself is easily solvable IF there is a member of staff or duty manager / owner that is contactable. We tried both telephone numbers advertised for the establishment numerous times, sent WhatsApp messages, sent emails to 3 email addresses (the email address noted on the FaceBook page is incorrect) - with no response. We eventually received a WhatsApp response at 10am the following day apologising but they had not had any missed calls on the number used. Unlikely when they responded on the number we used when trying to call. What happens if there is an emergency? How is it that there is no one available to respond to issues? Disappointed - just when I thought that we had found an ideal place to stay.…
