The advert on the internet stated: "King Deluxe Suite" with a picture of corner spa-bath. On arrival we were informed teh spa bath does not work! The advert further stated: "Base rate: self cater". the self catering was non-existing. No fridge or bar fridge, no cutlery or crockery accept for 2 coffee mugs!!! Nothing, no microwave or any cooking utensils. On the question where is the fridge? The answer was : "We are working on it!" In other words NO FRIDGE!!! It is advertised as a Deluxe Suite!!! But it did not even have bed lamps next to the bed. The mattress was is very poor condition. I will NOT recommend this place to any body, definitely not at the price they ask. When I insist on a discount they offer a refund which we accepted and find another place to stay.
