We love love loved this place. Clean, peaceful and so beautiful. I love how the cabins are far enough to feel like your the only one there. Definitely worth every penny spent. I'd absolutely recommend it for a weekend getaway to relax and a great stress reliever.

If you are looking for a quick weekend break from Johannesburg this is a very good way to do so. Literally an hour drive away from Johannesburg. Literally on the main road outside Magaliesburg no dirt road driving to worry about. Centrally located on the road to Hartebeespoort dam. Cabins have a rustic atmosphere with wonderful surroundings. Just make sure to tell the cleaning staff if you want to sleep late hehe was a bit awkward for us. The host is a very friendly gentleman. Highly enjoyable break and stay.

Weekend get away break. while the chalets are beautifully constructed and the gardens are really lovely there are a few issue. The cutlery and crockery int he kitchen are not very clean most probably because of inferior or over diluted dishwash liquid. There were a lot of flies in the bedroom which kept us awake at night. The pool and garden area are lovely but they have a host of dogs on the propety that are a bit of a nuisance. The so called viewing deck looks over a mealie field and is old and run down - very dissapointing

Very nice 'rustic' getaway with our dog. Very comfy bed, all the equipment you would need, great brain and fire pit. Super friendly owners with loads of friendly dogs. One star short of excellent for us only because the shower is handheld over the bath! Short walks around the stand and a nice long walk round the adjacent field.

Very clean, totally private & secluded getaway in the woods. The hottest bathroom ever, (as it's outside)so perfect for a naughty getaway with your love. Completely private, surrounded by a screen wall and foliage, but oh so Romantic and a lil naughty 😉. Remember to take extra candles for that long candlelit bathtime
