We had a one night stay here and what a cool place! Dirk was very accommodating and friendly with several excellent recommendations. The English breakfast was incredible! It's just a short walk down the hill to town and you might even get to see some locals in town out in their tuxedos:) Highly recommend if you like a B&B with...

Nice and clean rooms. Very nice view over the bay and excellent service. A quite steep hill to the B&B. Took about 15-20 minutes to walk to the centre of Simons Town. And further least 5 to railwaystation.

Loved the uniqueness of this B&B. Had lots of interesting things on display and would delight anyone with an interest in the navy in general. Located up quite a steep hill so it would be necessary to get a taxi to and from restaurants. Absolutely beautiful views from the balconies. Bonus!!!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were fantastic, friendly and very knowledgeable regarding the local area and its history. The views from from their home were excellent as was the full breakfast. Cheriton is perfectly located near key sites in Simon's Town.

The location is great for visiting the Penguins at Boulders Beach and also for...

Loved this very curio hotel- collections abound. Every thing well thought out and immaculate. Owners interesting and would definitely return. Can't imagine a better place to stay in Simons Town. Take the boat ride to Cape of Good Hope. Again, a major highlight. A gem of a place.

Our third visit in seven years and it just gets better. The rooms all have a naval theme and are clean and well appointed. Breakfast is perfectly cooked and more than enough for even the hungriest visitor, the "Just Nuisance" honesty bar is a delight to visit (and it has a good selection to choose from). The Cheriton is in...

Having come from Sydney I was taken by the tranquility and quaintness of this beautiful guesthouse. The attention to detail is evident across all aspects of this guesthouse and the hosts Dirk And Denise are wonderfully hospitable. I have no hesitation in recommending this as a must stay location if you are in Simons Town.

It is the little things that define a stay, and having spent a week at the Cheriton it is impossible not to be captivated by the panoramic and breathtaking views. Denise and Dirk go that extra mile to ensure that that nothing is left unattended. They are friendly and full of handy facts for the traveller. A real winner!
