Pros: I could be very critique about the service, because I am a hotelier as well and even on my vacation I cannot let my workplace self to rest. And I can tell, this hotel's greatest strenght is the staff. Everyone is smiling constantly, they are very friendly and helpful. I have never experienced anything like this before, even in my workplace. Elisjana from the reception is handling everything like a pro for seven days a week, I would go crazy if I had to work that much and she was kind and patient every time I asked her something. You should give her a raise, I mean it, you want her to be there for a really long time, trust me, she deserves all your appreciation. The kitchen is excellent, I'm a picky eater and I never had to go to my room hungry. The waiters and waitresses are fast and professional. Empty dishes dissappeared from the table in seconds. Housekeeping is fast and precise, They even folded my pajamas. We got new towels every day without asking. The hotel is located in a very good place in the middle of the promenade, directly at the beach. They are also offering free sunbeds for the guests. Cons: I was so "lucky" I could visit the -1 floor with the elevator after check in and it was a very frightening experience. I know it's the staff area but you should paint it or do something because whenever the staff is calling it, the guest inside could take a look and it's not a friendly place at all. You should give the housekeeping a bigger trolley, it's very hard to move that much work equipment with such a small cart. I really missed a drying rack from the room, but in a beach hotel it's a necessary item. I had no place to put my wet towels and swimming suits. Also when we put our clothes on the balkony chair, the next day it was stained with little black dots because the chair was not an ideal drying object to put our wet clothes on. Liquid soap would be better than a soap bar and I also missed some night lamps from the bedside table. I also heard about some of the rooms had safe in it, unfortunately ours did not. I suppose your guests are mostly arrives from other countries so they have a lot of cash with them, it's really uncomfortable to think about where do I hide my money every time before I leave my room. I knew my options that I could leave my valuables at the reception, but we didn't want to bother them multiple times a day. You should reconsider the waiters uniforms. They are very elegant but it was hard to see them in almost 40 degrees, meanwhile I almost got on fire in a strappy top and summer shorts. I think you should let them work in light clothing during the summertime. And last but not least. The hotel is newly renovated. There was the money and some really good ideas to make the rooms nicer than they were before, and then there were those who implemented it very badly. I hope that you didn't pay much for these renovations because truly the workers don't deserve it. I took some pictures but I decided I wouldn't post it here, because I was really satisfied with the hotel and I don't want to give you bad reputation. If you are curious, I can dm you. Maybe other guests don't even recognize it but again I'm working in the same industry so I have eyes for the little things. I can see the cons list is a little bit longer but these are only small critiques that you can work on. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. It was a pleasure. Take care! Dora

Thank you for a lovely and great stay in Akileda Hotel. We admired delicious food, breath taking views from our balcony, very welcomed staff, especially at the bar and restaurant Babul and Orest, at the reception Nora, who were always very helpful and kind for us. For sure we will recommend holidays in this place to our family and friends. You made fantastic atmosphere that we never forget. We will come back again. Best regards from Poland Karolina & Marcin.

The hotel was 3 star but the services provided by the staff was 5 star. The staff were very helpful. The manager went out of his way to provide good customer service. We got to the hotel at 2:30 or 3am in the morning. Got a quadruple room. Because we slept late we could not wake up early enough for breakfast. When we told the manager about how late we checked it he went and prepared breakfast for us. The kids loved the breakfast. We go everything we request from the staff. The manager even allowed us to check out late without charging us extra money. The room and toilet were clean. The AC worked perfectly. The Android smart TV kept the kids happy. The quadruple room was large enough to accommodate us easily. Hotel is 20 meters from the beach. The whole family loved our stay at this hotel
