15 of us traveled to Paradisus Grand Cana this week. We had an amazing trip. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, the amenities are wonderful. One of the absolute highlights of our trip was having two amazing butlers to attend to our needs and answer our questions. This trip we had a new butler. Andy Constantine. He was very sweet, kind, attentive, and sent us schedules of events for the kids to attend daily. Our other butler we now consider an adopted family member. We have had the privilege of working with him three times now. And every time he has been wonderful! Juan Francisco Rivero is excellent!! He was on top of answering every question almost immediately. And went out of his way multiple times to be sure we had everything we needed from extra towels to extra attention for our personal needs and our children’s needs. He is attentive, professional and caring. Sadly we had two children that had minor illnesses and he made certain that we had everything we needed in order to be able to care for our children. Juan even followed up with us to be sure that the children were on the mend and doing well the remainder of the trip. He truly went above and beyond to be sure that we had the best trip possible. We look forward to coming back again for years to come and hope that we will always have the privilege of having Juan and Andy take care of us.

We had an amazing stay (August-Sept, 2021) at Paradisus Grand Cana (formerly the Grand Reserve at Paradisus Palma Real)!! We recommend it to everyone, since we have also stayed at seevral other resorts in Punta Cana. This was our 15th trip to the Palma Real in the last 10 years. Absolutely wonderful stay - and we want to give a special thanks to Sulenny and Milly for serving as our professional concierge and assisting us with our three kids during our family vacation. We celebrated the 8th birthday of our son while on the trip and the staff decorated our room with balloons and a cake for his birthday. The grand pool is amazing; we stayed in the first building, 3rd floor, closest to the main lobby. We also love the kids zone and special kids pool area. The food is top notch and Sulenny made reservations for us every night for special dinners at the end of each day. Weather was perfect the entire trip (6-nights). We are planning to return again in December. Highly recommended for families!!

The time we stayed at the Paradisus Grand Cana was amazing! The resort was very clean, had so many amenities and food was really good as well. The service we received by our concierge HAROLD was the best, he was very attentive and responded to my all questions on a timely manner and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Everyone who we encounter with at the resort was very pleasant and willing to help.

Juan and Andy handled everything from dinner plans and last minute changes to tours to luggage the airlines lost. They made the vacation stress free. We were with a group of 17 people and also celebrating our honeymoon. These two men kept everything straight! They even lined up an super romantic and delicious candlelight dinner for us! We brought a group of 17 people which would normally be very challenging. However our Butlers Juan and Andy made the experience wonderful. Juan and Andy made sure we did not lift a finger for anything. Dinner reservations , spa visits, blowing up our floats, ensuring birthday and anniversary wishes were extra special. The entire family had a wonderful experience. I can not say thank you enough to these 2 gentlemen! Also we loved Marilyn at the breakfast and lunch buffet. She and her team were very friendly and ensured we could sit together each day! The service at the buffet was top notch! Thank you Grand Cana team for truly a 5 Star experience!!!!!

My husband and I came here celebrating our wedding anniversary and was this was our 5th time within the company. We have visited: Paradisus Punta Cana-2015 Paradisus Playa del Carmen-2017 Melia Braco Village Jamaica-2019 Melia the Level Punta Cana-2019 When we visited with our sons in 2019 we bought a vacation week to come back during a marketing sale to visit the circle. When we arrived we were greeted by all of the friendly butler’s. We then checked in with Eva who got us checked in pretty quick but failed tell us that we had a concierge so we asked her who it was and finally met our concierge by the name of Enrique Quiñones which seemed friendly and like he would be at the top of his game but unfortunately was not. We got to our room and had two beds instead of a king which we asked for. We told our concierge and he suggested that we push the beds together which I really did not want to do considering that we have a king bed at home and was not used to this. Then I went to shower and unpack and slipped because the shower did not have a door. We finally discovered that we were given a handicapped room! We spent the night in that room not by choice and wasted our next day packing up again to just unpack and waiting until 4pm the next day to finally get the room that we paid for. Unfortunately Our concierge Enrique did not handle things that we needed and expected him to handle during our trip. He failed us on fixing our room when we had to go to the front desk to change it. He failed to set us at making some dinner Reservations that we wanted. The worst was when he failed to set up our room for our anniversary with anything special nor did he wish us a happy anniversary. We then spoke with the manager Millie Asalla she was very kind in listening to our troubles and she made sure that the rest of our trip was outstanding as we have experienced on our previous trips to Punta Cana! The circle is beautiful, all of the grounds were extremely clean and well taken care of. We have some great people whom we met there: Mangu lunch-Julio and Junior were great KAO-Rosemary was super friendly and on her game Mangu for dinner- Stephanie was great always very attentive Aqua marina for lunch-Jose, Francis, Julio, and Junior Santana, Yo Bonny, Samuel,they were all great Rubio Rocks sports bar-Juan was super friendly and a hard worker Algen was great also Alexander who made great drinks at the main lobby bar A big shout out to Eddy Wilson and Marteis Acosta for always making sure we got around the resort in the private carts they were both so nice to us Mina-Francis Worton and Anthony were both great Mina on our last day- Big shout to Francis and Deurius Ortiz for taking care of us and giving us the best service of our trip. These guys work so hard and they both are always smiling while doing it. They made our trip and we wish that we could have met them when we first arrived! Thank you guys and keep up the great work! My husband scheduled a massage on the beach for us and it was well worth it! My husband also scheduled a surprise anniversary dinner on the beach and made it with Juan Valdez which was great with setting up our beautiful night. Keury and Dominguez were both very attentive for our special dinner on the beach from taking pictures to making sure our drinks were always full. Mini bar-Francisco made sure that our room was stocked with everything we needed Room service-we ordered nightly snacks for room service and Joel was great! Quick and very accurate Our trip started off horrible but once we met with Millie she turned our trip around. Whenever we travel we make sure to tip for good service! If you are looking for a great, clean, upscale resort then look no further. As for my husband and I we would love to come back but Enrique our concierge and Eva who checked us into a handicapped room really put a damper on things! Thank to everyone who we mentioned above! I would love to come back to celebrate our wedding vow renewal in August 2022 if we were guaranteed great service!

First time staying at the Grand Cana. We had a great time. Our comment is on the food at the buffet because we compared it to Palma Real which is where we normally stay. It needs a bit of improvement and consistency. My other comment is the bracelets. We love collecting them and weren't too happy when we upgraded to become a melia circle member and they removed the old one for the new. WE love coming here and always have the best time and it's all because of the great staff, atmosphere and entertainment. Thank you to Gabriel Bobadilla, Lisette Carrasco for taking care of us from day 1. To Raul Jimenez at the beach, Luis Rodriguez & Abraham at Gabi club and Ismael from events, Antonio from Mama & Juana and to the Circle by Melia folks, Carlos and Carlos Roca, Jorge at the bar. This is our third time in this hotel, I’ve been member from Club Melia for many years and we are so happy with the hotel his people and service that in this trip we decided to change our membership to Circle, the hotel is very beautiful, areas are very clean and well kept, the people are very attentive and kind, our concierge Lissette were helpful and took care of our request, also Gabriel Bobadilla who always help us accommodating our rooms and needs, we like the resort and company, we definitely recommend this place.

The All-inclusive Luxury Paradisus Grand Cana property is absolutely fabulous. It’s wonderfully spaced and easy to discover everything it has to offer. We stayed in a one-bedroom Master Suite with privacy areas that was comfortably styled and had full amenities 24 hours. One of the most impressive features was having a personalized concierge to help manage our stay making it a remarkable and enjoyable experience. Antonio Placencia’s VIP concierge service was highly professional from making dinner reservations to escorting us to the beach, and making sure we were informed about the daily activities. Ask for him when you go there! The Paradisus Grand Cana has an exquisite culinary selection with several restaurants on the property; It has amazing pools; a superior SPA; and daily entertainment and activities for all. The resort staff were great and accessible to help always with a friendly welcome.
