Our stay in Z-Talay House was very pleasant. There is realy kind and helpful staff. Big rooms with every day cleaning and refill water. We have been in Z-Talay House two times, and we have been very satisfied (2 x Deluxe Double Rooms with Balcony).

We arrived at Z talay house and stayed for 5 nights. The room was clean and we feel that the hotel had good value for the money. We felt very well taken care of during our stay. The manager at the hotel (the owners sister if I understood correctly?) was so nice to us. She always asked us how our day was and was very helpful at arranging trips for us (The 4 island tour, also transportation for our next stay at Koh Lipe, even at prices cheaper than other booking agents). She had small snack gifts for us everyday and on our last day we even got a small good bye present each! Never had that before and we felt so sad when we left. We would definitely recommend this place and Siam in particular :)

Nice, clean and quiet small hotel on Klong Muang Beach. Lovely and helpful stuff, big room. Near 600 meters to the left or right 7-Eleven shop, many places where you can buy some fruits, 5 minutes walk Cafe and restaurants. You can rent a motorbike in a hotel, that is very convenient. There are not a lot of rooms, so always quiet. To the beach you can walk from the territory of any nearest hotels. We really enjoy of our stay in Z-Talay, thanks

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! I would recommend you to stay if you don't mind living in a small room (but with good A/C) with some good services. It might not be the best hotel, but you can get out to go to shops and beaches during the day. It is close to downtown too.

I've never left a bad hotel review and as a person who has lived in Thailand for 4 years I am accustomed to language barriers and what money can get you. This is a budget hotel for the area but that's no excuse, not for room C2 which smells like a sewer. I could not change rooms since they were fully booked and although the staff tried to dump some stuff down the shower and toilet drains this room should be closed until a proper plumber comes and fixes the problems in the pipes. No one should be paying any price to try to sleep in a room that smells so putrid. Gross! The boss said that due to the smell she would help arrange taxi for me at a lower cost the next day, however there was no reaching her by phone the next morning. The boss was nice, I will say that, but really, they should not be renting that room out at all. The front desk woman is of absolutely no help and should not be in the service industry. Horrible experience.
