The resort has comfortably appointed, open plan self-catering units spread among beautifully manicured gardens. The breathtaking view of the valley below and the peace and tranquillity this resort offers makes it the perfect destination at which to unwind. Qunu Falls is a firm family favourite for us. The perfect place to just relax away from city life. My son always has a blast when we go there. The rooms are comfortable and the views are amazing! This resort is definitely worth a visit.

The drive to the lodge is exciting, it feels like you're in a different world. The apartment was spacious and very clean. I enjoyed the hiking trails to Qunu falls it's beautiful and it's a must do. The atmosphere is peaceful, I enjoyed the sitting on the hammocks. The Manager Daniel is kind with a good sense of humor.He welcomed us with a warm smile and he's always there to assist. Shout out to the cleaners, they are well mannered and dont miss the spot. The gym, sauna and Easy lounge are the places to be. I'm refreshed, revived and we'll rested.

This gem has the most breathtaking view of the Drakensberg! Imagine waking up to a backdrop of majestic royal and light blue mountains tops nestling against a pillow of clouds. When not resting, there are many activities for varying age groups from hiking and horse riding to retro arcade games, fishing, a jumping pillow and a jacuzzi. Note that the last part of the journey leading up to the lodge is a 20 minute gravel road. Staff are quite friendly and ready to help. I returned from the lodge feeling refreshed and recharged, it is highly recommended if you are looking for tranquility, a proper break away from the rush of the city.

Qunu falls is the place to be when you need a quiet weekend away with family. It was the most awesome experience staying for 3 nights at Qunu Falls. The staff are very friendly, every need was taken care of, and the only thing you have to carry are extra towels, because towels are not changed daily. The outside jacuzzi on a cold afternoon is really amazing. Really loved it. The hike to the falls was extremely good. Will see you again soon at Qunu Falls.

What a great experience with our Midweek booking, Danie the Resort Manager and his team creates a special atmosphere, they just stand out from others. Nothing to explore in the area so you will have to focus on the resort and the acivities on offer. We had such a great time so we will defnitely be back to enjoy this resort with walking trails, small cinema, putt put, tennis court, gym & sauna, restaurant with good food ect.

Excellent facilities for the family and the views are spectacular. A great place for families wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle. The only problem was the kids wanted to stay longer. I would definitely visit again.

Firstly the staff and management are first class, friendly and attentative. Units are clean and neat, with everything you need to be comfortable. The restaurant is quaint and served delicious food of ample portion size. The grounds are very well kept and spacious with lots to do to keep busy or laze around in the hammocks or sun chairs by the pool. Will definitely be back.

We were ending a wonderful and adventureous family holiday in the Drakensberg to celebrate our parent's wedding anniversary. We ended the holiday with a 3 night stay at Qunu Falls. What a beautiful and tranquil little peace of nature. From our pleasant experience booking in, the coffee and OBS to greet us and make us feel at home, the champagne and chocolates awaiting the anniversary couple in the unit. To Danie the manager's friendliness and willingness to go the extra mile and bring us an extra blanket, towel and camping cot. The team at Qunu Falls are so friendly and helpfull, allowing the guest to take DVDs to the units to watch a movie in the comfort of the comfy couches in your unit. The units are spotless and freshingly modern, fully equipped. Loadsbedding? What loadshedding? Large powerful generator ensures that loadshedding does not damper our experience, one only experiences a slight 10sec dip in electricity when the power turns off and swithches over to generator power! Oven, stove, microwave, fridge all of it unaffected by the loadshedding! The facilities are well-kept and such a delight. The children loved the play area with a awesome play gym. There is so much to keep you busy for hours such as rock climbing for kids, games room, jaccuzzj, sparkling pool, jumping pillow, tennis court, trout dam for some serious fishing, table tennis, cinema, restuarant with bar and so much more! A option of walking trails, we had the pleasure of talking a short 2km walk down to the top of the waterfull and enjoy the lush forest and vast variety of bird life.
