I stayed for two weeks while on Mission within Moshi town. There are three main buildings. I stayed in the newest- I think it is "Kilimanjaro" building. It is a clean place and staff are very friendly. Food is good, but lacking in variety somewhat. There is a barbecue if one does not prefer eating in the main restaurant which perhaps adds to the food variety. If ordering food, be prepared to wait. Some days we waited for at least an hour. We discovered that it was easier to order and go work on something else as we waited. Overall, it was a good stay and will be happy to go back.

Room Tip: Rooms in the newest building are the best. There is also a view of Mt. Kilimanjaro.

The hotel rooms were nice and they worked hard to fix problems found in the rooms. They were accommodating with giving us a room to keep luggage in throughout our last day. difficult to get communication from via email when booking the reservation so I had to go there in person to get things done, but in person they are very good. Beautiful flowers on grounds

The staff is lovely here as is common throughout Tanzania. The grounds are pretty and well kept. The rooms, however, leave a lot to be desired. The bathrooms had mildew and the water was tepid. The wifi was inconsistent. The bed linen seemed as if it hadn't been changed on one of the twin beds. Luckily there were two in the room, and the other seemed clean so I slept in that. I wouldn't recommend for anything other than it's central location.

I stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed every night. My room was in one of the buildings toward the back, so it was fairly quiet (except for the roosters crowing in the mornings). The room was clean, the queen size bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was roomy enough for me (with a large shower area). The staff was quick to greet me each morning on my way to breakfast, when I left the room and they tidied up the room. The on-site restaurant has a German trained chef. I had several delicious meals while visiting.

I stayed here for 2 nights. The staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful. The room I was allocated was somewhat dilapidated but clean and functional. Beautiful gardens. Breakfast was more than adequate. Wi-Fi was intermittent, somewhat frustrating.
