At arrival we were told wait we are fixing the jacuzzi. We had to dress for our wedding and asked that they allow us in for dressing and fix while we go to the wedding. Returned to the broken jacuzzi. The coffee machine was broken. When we reported this the personnel's answer was snotty and rude. Never to return. Will spread the news. Really unpleasant first night of our honeymoon.

Presidential suite. Lovely luxury room. Views were exceptional. Great value. Property is well maintained and staff was helpful and kind. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. We ate outside and enjoyed the stunning view. Will definitely be back.

The first impression after a mess due to unqualified people at the booking was nice. A closer look has given a different perspective of the location. It has been mentioned that they are fully booked at the time of our stay. Then we do not have understood there was no Orange juce, no croissants, no cheese for two days. We have had to ask few times if we must chance the room for the last night. No answer just that the “managerin” Michelle will come back to us. Nothing happend. While we have visited Knysa (1 1/2h from Mosslebay) we have received a email at around 12:30 midday - not even a phone call!!!! that we must change our room!!!! Due to this they have messed up our holiday because we had to come back to the guesthouse were they have moved us already to a different room. In other words they have touched our privacy unlikely and have put it like they have put us in front of the door!!!! Everthing just has been put in bags. All this because of the incompetence of Michelle as the manager on duty!!! We have been traveled so much in our life but never experienced something like this! It is a no go to pack guests stuff and move them while they are not around and it has not been even their fault.…

My stay at the accommodation was a delightful experience and recommendations of Bay Lodge will certainly be shared. The staff members were all friendly and accommodating. One of your staff, Noxi gave great service and she welcomed and assisted me with the best possible service.

Beautiful view at the ocean in a spacious presidential suite. Extra living room in suite would be great. Private whirlpool was great. Nice and friendly staff. Some areas in the public spaces could have get some make over to fit to the big picture.

Only there for one night , but room very large and bathroom good size. Breakfast was very good. But the location was best if all, right in the beautiful beach. We saw approx 10 whales right off the beach within touching distance. There's no bar but drunks can be provided which we had on the beach front. Hot tub was used as well.

Everything was wonderful. The lodge is amazing with a wonderful view on the sea, the bay and the whales. The lodge is very Cosy and the rooms are awesome. The team is very kind and prepare great breakfasts. And the jacuzzi on the terrasse is amazing.

The staff were excellent from start to finish, and went above and beyond to cater for us and, more importantly, our fur babies. The only reason for the issue with sleep quality is that there were some very noisy guests arriving at around midnight on the first night - which alerted our fur babies. This is not an issue with the hotel but with the guests, but it is difficult to manage this. But to chat really loudly when arriving so late is very thoughtless.
