Beautiful, clean accommodation had everything we needed. Most importantly, our dog was very comfortable. We stayed in the family room. It didn't have a separate fenced off garden, but our dog was free to explore the garden/parking lot shared by the other rooms.

We loved the unit. It is well equipped for loafshedding, nice warm bedding etc. It is easily accessible and close to amenities. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and all the necessary information was duly communicated before we got there. Will definitely visit KarooRus again.

The whole check-in process was easy and without any problems. The room was welcoming and comfortable as well as clean. Spacious, private and quiet. The only thing that was a bit frustrating, was the creaky floor! I know it goes hand in hand with wooden floors, but it was a bit too much after a long trip.
Other than that we were very happy with everything.

KarooRus is a very clean and comfortable overnight place to stay. Communication from the guest house was very good and we settled in quickly after our arrival. The guest house is close to shops and restaurants, All in all a lovely stay.

We had a perfect stay at Karoourus. The host is always available if you should need anything. The unit we stayed in was perfect for our fanmily. Everything you need, is in this cottage.
If we should visit Graaff-Reinet we will definitely stay at Karoorus again. I will recommend this accommodation to anyone. It is family-friendly!

Awesome rooms and very clean and tidy. Service was excellent. Due to Covid we had to change dates several times and Ria and Elmarie helped everytime without any problems. Excellent people and staff. Secure parking a big plus point

Such a great stay! I booked this stay for 4 families, always nerve wrecking when you've never seen the accomodation and you book for others, but what a relief when we arrived! It was a chilly Graaf Reinet, our rooms were all pre-heated, warm and cozy! They were clean, well maintained, fresh towels and all you need. Extra Blankets on all the beds, courtesy hot water bottles to warm the toes.. A great stay, and comes recommended..
We expected loadshedding and were warned by the hosts, there are emergency lights in each room, but our hosts fired up a generator and we had power.. unexpected and very grateful.

A very comfortable stay. The property was very neat and tidy with secure parking bays. The rooms were very warm and neat; with the beds being super comfy. The self catering had everything we needed. And the bathroom was spotless :)

Well appointed accommodation, exceptionally clean and equipped. The property is within walking distance to restaurants, museums and shops. Safe, locked parking and a lovely lawn for travel pets. Our hosts went above and beyond to tend our every need.

The place was a absolute welcome stop and overnight destination on route to Cape Town. We had a fantastic time , the weather was perfect for braai. We had no trouble finding anything everything was in place to make our stay easy.
