Unfriendly and unproffesional staff. Staff left a door unlocked in the chalet unit and the monkeys destroyed everythinh in the rooms. Staff where not helpfull at all and wanted to put the blame on us. Costumer care did not respond to any of my emails....More
Our Chalet was very grubby and it had a very musty smell inside quite unbearable to be honest, I think a revamp is well over due, Buffy food was nothing special and staff where very unmotivated specially the woman in the shop, location is out...More
We stayed in the two story houses with two bedrooms, a living room, kitchenette, and deck. They were clean and comfortable, plenty of space, with TVs available. Air conditioning worked well to keep the house comfortable. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water.
Just spent 3 wonderful days at Hilltop and Hluhluwe. The accommodation and food were excellent, the location was amazing and the staff were so friendly and well trained. Wonderful atmosphere and of course the animals - great to see the conservation work for the rhinos,...More

Yes but you have to enquire from the Hilltop Camp because theirs different types of accommodation in the reserve itself. Perhaps if you surf the internet you might get a clear idea. Sorry for not being very helpful. However... More

Sorry for not being very helpful. However, wherever in the reserve you stay, it will be most enjoyable. Have a splendid trip.
