Good, clean pool. Resort is right in the centre of attractions. Lots of close by restaurants. Quick walk to beach. Room was rather dated, but clean. Easy check in and out. Would go back but not to room 1. Hopefully there are better rooms there

The good: location! Easy access to the beach. Right next to shops. The staff! So friendly and helpful. Great patio to watch the sunset.
The bad: the queen bed felt small (more like a double) with no fitted sheet. Everything out of date and roughly patched up. The bar associated to the hotel is only open weekends :(
The ugly: the cleanliness could of been better. Our towels had brown stains, holes and someone else’s hair. They were replaced upon our request.

Started with a rude interaction on the part of the man checking us in. We knew from that interaction that if we had problems they would not be addressed. Room was dirty. The blue quilt was stained on the back side. Top sheet had big hair in middle of it and dirt. Toilet totally fell apart, lid & seat fell off. Water spout sprays all over you when you turn on. Worst was the black mold in the air conditioner. Smell of mold was scary when turned on. I cleaned it myself the best I could. Towels are paper thin. Thin walls; you can hear all of the noise outside. Do yourself a favour and don’t get sucked in by the closeness to the beach. Not worth it. Stay farther away from beach in a quieter, cleaner motel. We have travelled all over the world and this was the WORST place we have ever stayed in.

Motel well maintained in the middle of the action on the beach, rooms are only a few steps to the main beach but no lakeview rooms. Cleaning ladies do a good job, pool is clean. Lots of fast food places around but no good restaurants around for healthy dining .

A very clean functional hotel room with just about every convenience, right next to the main Wasaga Beach front. There is a nice pool right outside the main court-room, many rooms look out onto pool area. Hotel room had full-sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, shower. Our room had jacuzzi tub. This resort is adjacent to the main beach, could not be closer, highly recommended.

Owner/manager didn't care about people's complaints. Let Yong teenagers just basically take over everything and do whatever they wanted. We complained and it fell on deaf ears. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but because the owner did nothing about the teenagers we left at 7:00am the next morning. Room was clean, bed was horrendous. Absolutely never stay there. Not worth the money nor aggregation. Save your money.

Definitely Not for Family.
This motel has lots of potential but no upgrades and totally no Guest care.
The beds were ok And our room was actually not too bad but the cigarette Smoke smell was too strong.
Also Ac Filters very dirty very hard to breathe.

Everything you need and very clean. Full size fridge, microwave, comfortable chairs and tables. Wifi is included with no problems. Restaurants are within walking distance. Beach minutes away.

Worst experience I have ever had. Try to explain to your kids that they can't use the pool while there are a bunch of kids swimming in it. We were told it was the owners family. It is being run by a bunch of 20 year olds who are not even there. You have to call a cell phone number that they may or may not answer. There is a live band playing in the back of the parking lot until 2 a.m on the weekends.
We tried to cancel and get our money back and they wouldn't give it to us. We left our $220.00 and went and got a room in Barrie.
Used to be a nice motel with the old owners but I am telling you honestly do not stay at this motel. You will be really disapointed
