We stayed in a two bedroom suite. New furniture and flooring; nice electric fireplace for ambiance with heatilator. Kitchen well stocked with all new plates, cutlery, kitchen tools, pans, etc.
Large LED TV with Bell Satellite and all the channels.
The bedroom linens and double pillows are luxurious, as are the new nicely monogrammed towels in the bathroom. On that, lovely walk in shower with ohh so nice rain shower head.
Can’t think of a thing I would change. The owners have fine a great job in their renovations… we will 100% stay here again next time we are back. We have family in the area.
The manager on duty Jennifer was welcoming, professional, courteous and extremely helpful.
Thank you Jennifer for the wonderful service above and beyond. You are indeed a great ambassador for your company. We will definitely be back for a longer stay.
Pros: It was very close to the beach (main strip), and was surprisingly well soundproofed (we could not hear any outdoor noise once inside). It does have A/C and the staff were friendly and helpful.
It was advertised as a Hotel.
We arrived and it was a Filthy dirty Motel. The room was a disgrace, I would go so far as to say "Not fit for Human Habitation”.
In the morning, I had been bitten by Bed Bugs.
We had booked Two nights, we could not stand being in that hovel another night.
I have never in my life experienced anything so bad.
In the morning I complained and asked for a partial refund, they refused.
This place should be closed down.
I would advise that you avoid this place.
