The Dukes Head Hotel is in two parts though intimately joined. The front was a coaching inn, 300 years old. The floorboards creak and rooms are quaint. No lift in this part. This is the expensive part which looks out on the Tuesday Market Place....More

At the Dukes Head they do have parking which is at the rear of the hotel but there are a limited number of spaces. Last time I used the parking facilities it was free to guests but you may need a code to exit once you depart.

They never respond , Debbie. Management doesn't care judging by the responses to Feedback. I feel the tactic is that it just looks good responding to Customer Feedback on TripAdvisor rather than taking the actions required... More
