The hotel is very old and quite dated but there is nothing Premier Inn can do about this. Reception staff were very efficient and friendly. The stairs are steep and the rooms quite small but the location makes up for everything. There is ample free street parking not too far away near the station.

Great location close to the river and Marlow town centre. Second time staying here and definitely in need of a refurbishment - we had a large room and bathroom but both were looking tired and a bit tatty.

I stayed here with my elderly mother for 2 nights. I was working for the full day and had left my mother in the room to relax. The chamber maid was wonderful with her, so kind and caring. Nothing was too much bother for her. She made sure that my mother had extra tea, coffee, milk and brought up two extra pillows to make her comfortable. Michelle I think her name was, she is a real credit to the team. The kindness didn’t stop there. The man on reception was very accommodating, supported our stay with a friendly smile. The lovely lady a breakfast assisted us always with a friendly smile. It’s a place i I would definitely stay again!

Overall the building was a very nice Grade 2 listed property however it was in need of some TLC with regards to the stair carpets and the general quality of the room - maybe things have been put on hold due to Covid but it was in need of a fair amount of decorating and the bathroom could have done with an update. Having said that, the staff were more than helpful and friendly as always.
