Front desk was friendly and it was quiet at night. The room however needs a deep clean. The carpet was disgusting we had to wear our shoes the whole time there were crumbs everywhere. Left over crumbs were smashed into the chairs. dust covered the dresser tops. Stains on the doors. Window ac unit and no blind just black out curtains. I bought some Lysol wipes to wipe the end tables and table off myself. The bedspread had a rip in it but I inspected the bed and the bed was clean and the sheets were clean. We only stayed because we were leaving extremely early the next day and nothing else seemed any better in Williams.

Sorry, but we decided not to stay. Don't believe the picture, it gives the impression of being set in its own grounds but the rooms open out onto the covering at the front of the building, and three steps later you are on the pavement and road outside. Cars are street parking alongside. The location is on the corner of the main road through Williams and the road where the photo was taken from leads into town, so relatively busy. We were offered two single rooms around the back but they were dark and shabby. The whole building looked like is needed a coat of paint outside, paint missing from around the door edges is not a good sign as to what is inside. Not what we are used to for the price being charged The receptionist looked like she was about fifteen and told us it was her first day in the job. God luck then.

I knew I was moving across country 4 months prior to leaving so I booked my hotel rooms well in advance. I received a confirmation number and was told my room at this hotel was guaranteed. I called 30 minutes prior to check in from the road and was told that they didn't have my reservation and were completely booked. When I said I had a confirmation number and was guaranteed a room I was told that I shouldn't speak to the hotel clerk that way and was hung up on. I was fortunate to have a friend who travels a lot and she booked me a room at another hotel that allowed me check in an hour after I arrived. When I told the hotel clerk at the Ramada where I got a room about my experience he told me that I am not the first person this has happened to with the Canyon Country Inn. Beware, even if you get an email saying your room is guaranteed it may not be. The Ramada in Williams is a wonderful place to stay at reasonable rates.

It is smaller but the room was nice. Not the most updated but did have the coffee maker microwave and refrigerator. They do not serve the breakfast anymore. It was nice and quaint. It fits well in the small town.

It’s really good value for money. Located 2 mins from the town centre, good facilities including fridge, coffee maker, microwave, and free parking. Just across from the train line which can be noisy when one passes in the middle of the night! We’ve been more than once and will go again in future

I recently booked a room at Canyon Country Inn. Upon arriving at the property around 5pm on the day of check in I was informed by the owner that Expedia had canceled my reservation. Upon calling Expedia I was informed that property canceled my reservation because my card was declined. This was not true. The owner will lie to you and leave you without a reservation. BEWARE!!!!

There's a cottage feel to your room at this inn. Quilts, curtains, small space with everything you need. Good AC unit, reading lamp, coffee in room (thanks for the tea bags too!). Table and chairs inside and outside your door to relax on the porch. Sit outside with a book and listen for the train! You can walk right out onto Route 66 and the Grain Canyon Railway historic train depot is across the road. The visitor center is across the street too. Grab a morning coffee at Brewed Awakenings a few doors down from the hotel. Delicious pizza nearby at Pizza Factory.

Great value for a comfortable room with a big bathroom. Super cute and a very comfortable bed. Mini-frig and microwave in room. Great location right on historic Rt. 66 close to restaurants and shops. Friendly staff. Less than an hour to Grand Canyon south entry station.

Mattress was very comfortable, The room and Hotel is a bit older. But for the rate and the location. The price was excellent. I had a very late check in, and the staff was great. The key was waiting..... and a late check out, as I had a long drive back.... Super easy to get to the Canyon.... Straight drive.....
