The price and quality of resort is lacking. There are many other resorts in Sedona that offer better rooms and quality customer service. Concierge Service almost non existent and the restaurant choices and service was very disappointing.
They have a lot more amenities than we were able to use during a one night stay but the kids and husbands loved the pool area, we loved the rooms, and the mattresses were perfect. We loved the area and have decided to visit again and will absolutely be staying here for a week on the next go around. Great location, great views, wonderful staff.
Stayed for a week with my wife and 2 children (11 and 7) and had a great time. The hotel has a nice vibe. Loved that every morning I could get Starbucks in the lobby and grab and go options for breakfast. The restaurant was very good too. There are 2 pools that were perfect for all of us. Really liked the hot tub too.
Celebrated our 24th anniversary. Room was great and location was good. Restaurant service, servers and cocktails were way below standards and cocktails VERY expensive / slow service and very low employee satisfaction with work. Many complaining
We are long time Hilton members. We do not always rate the Hilton well. This one was very good, not great. First they said in emails that if you request you can get your room cleaned. We did and they said no. We purchased room with breakfast. Well that is totally not correct. You get a credit for part of your breakfast. If you have coffee and juice you have used up most of your allowance. Not right. As a Diamond member I am entitled to continental, when I purchase a full breakfast I should get it all. As a diamond member I was entitled to an upgrade. I was told they had none but when I went on the web site to book a room for the same period it said I could book the next room up. Hmmmm I do not think people will check on them. Was not happy about them not…
