This is a really nice property. There are great views and the service is great. We ordered room service twice and the food was really good. Employees are very nice. I would stay here again when in the area
This hotel actually sits in the Village of Oak Creek which is about 10 minutes south of Sedona. But you still get the awesome views and feel of Sedona. The rooms were well appointed and come with a working gas fireplace. The beds were SOOOO comfortable. Coffeemaker in room is always a plus! We ate at the on-site restaurant which was really good. I had bison meatloaf and it was AWESOME! Our staff in the restaurant and bar were very nice and fun to talk to. There are also a choice of restaurants within walking distance so you can get a variety. The hotel is dog friendly which I think is great but a warning to those who may have an aversion to animals. Great place and a great stay.
Lovely property that has just gone through a renovation. The rooms are all new and well appointed. At check in we received 2 free drink coupons and during our visit they were offering complimentary neck and shoulder messages in the lobby where they had equipment set up for it. The property was spotless, quite, and on the outskirts of the touristy area. Hilton offers check in with their ap, which worked seamlessly here.
We are on our way to Grand Canyon and I wanted to show my friend from UK Sedona. Our experience at this Hilton has been delightful from start to finish. She loved the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. I loved my A+ massage by Linda at the spa. Our room is great and the vies majestic. The service at the restaurant and bar were top notch. Plus best night of sleep I have had in ages.
I stayed at the Hilton in May. Upon check in, the person checking me in, was preoccupied during the check in and really had the attitude of just another guest. I found throughout my stay that is the demeanor of the front desk. Really wasn't impressed as the first impression being I am a loyal diamond member. At least say hi and welcome...not "last name of the reservation please.." The rest of the hotel staff ( bartenders, spa) is very friendly and outgoing....as long as they don't have a computer screen in front of them. The hotel staff tends to stare at the computer screens ALOT and no eye contact with the guest. Maybe they had a new program they had to,learn...who knows but you feel ignored. The hotel is nice and while not in downtown, it is still a good location. You will…
