The Property needs a refresh. It is just tired looking and run down. It was under staffed and it showed. Vending machine was the best place to get food. Just a bad experience for start to finish. Not worth the money.
The A/C in our room never got cold so we had to ask for a fan, but that didn't help much either. Pool chairs are worn and torn. The restaurant was nice and food was excellent. Room was cozy but way too warm despite us keeping curtains closed all day making it uncomfortable for us to sleep in.
I love Hilton but this was really poor. $2000 for three days for a dirty, outdated room for which there was no daily service. There is no proper restaurant nor a full bar. Stay somewhere else. This is NOT a resort.
Very beautiful property and great location. However, hugely disappointed with service from the check-in to restaurant, all attendants were rude and unhelpful. Any kind of food or snack available after 9pm.
You know when you stay in New York and you overpay for rooms but you're like "location, location, location". That is my feeling about this Hilton. We've stayed here four times in the past three years. It is quite expensive for what you get but the rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. If you paid this much in most other places, you'd get much more luxury. The hallways and room decor are dated and could use an update. The service was okay but not great. Good news is that the WIFI worked much better this visit than it did in October. They also have free parking which is something that Florida hotels do not offer. I think they are cheaping out with the maid service blaming it on covid. The housekeepers will not enter rooms to clean at all until you check out. If you want…
